Shadow people will not leave your home and they can kill you.

Ghosts can become evil, even demonic in nature, sometimes called a poltergeist.

Poltergeist can come from evil residue built up over years in the walls, ceilings and floors from extensive abuse..

There are people who can create a poltergeist and sometimes not know they are the cause.

If poltergeist are involved then an exorcism is required for the home and possibly for a person because poltergeist attach themselves to living people and they move with you.

Those ancient beings (demons) for the most part are quiet and have others do their work as they evaluate and change strategies. They are fishing for souls. All of these "FEED" off living people. How do you know if something is feeding on you? You will always feel weak, want to sleep all the time, ....

Many people argue about death, hell, heaven etc....

Where do you go if you do not believe in God? To hell? Of course NOT!

To those who have not heard the Gospel, do they go to hell? Of course NOT!

What person could possibly know what a ghost feels or thinks?
If I die tomorrow and somehow haunt my current house, 100 years pass and for some reason ghost me thinks no one else can ever live in that house? Why would anyone think that’s reasonable? Does ghost me have diminished mental capacity?
And is that really the afterlife? Existing as a dumbed down version of yourself just hanging out in your old house but incapable of interacting with anything other than annoying the living? For what result? So that I can remain completely alone and watch my old house slowly rot over eons? Wtf is the point of any of that?

Seriously if you think these ideas out it makes no sense that ghost would hang around just to knock things off shelves and other spooky pointless antics.

I have seen Shadow People.

At my first encounter I was at a friends house in the middle of nowhere and happen to have a green laser-pen with me, 5mW. This laser was bright enough to see the beam...

They were hanging out in a wooded area about 20 yards away in front of me while I was sitting in a car to stay warm. Among the trees its like a bunch of all-black silhouettes of men moving around. Some were standing but some were 'crawling' prone- in my direction. Closing in. There were lights on the horizon which would disappear when one walked in front of it. There were also a few bright orbs or spheres or whatever that would appear briefly and be gone in another part of the yard. All of which I had read similar accounts about previously on ATS.

Anyway I had never actually seen anything like any of this so I am just staring for awhile but since some were closing in I decided to open fire with my pen laser on one of them.. (former laser hobbyist so my aim is pretty good).. and they all suddenly vanished! After a few moments they faded back and it was the same deal. I repeated the experiment on a few others. I shot at one of them that was 'blocking' a distant light on the horizon and it too suddenly disappeared revealing the light which it was blocking and the laser just goes right through...

So, on topic with your OP, my friend lived there. I was visiting after not seeing him for a few years when this happened. He joined me in the car during this encounter and was shocked that I could see it all too.
He seemed to be having trouble maintaining his grip on reality. The confirmation by me that it was not all "in his head" seemed to do allot for him and his mental state. I suggested that they were energy vampires feeding off of him, making him live in terror. After demonstrating my breakthrough with the laser I decided to let him have it so he could "fend them off" or whatever. Like he needs it more than I do.

You are wise to warn people of these beings. Thank you for your contribution.

Not everyone will walk this earth as a spirit and who knows you might never! Which I hope.

People become attached to their home. A place of safety and to relax.

When your spirit seperates from your body, you will be sharper than you ever were and if you are grounded to this earth I promise you will see things that will scare you beyond comprehension.

I am guessing but probably you think once you are dead its over, but my friend it is not, just phase two. I would recommend you consider researching this subject if you have the time.

BTW - There is also a heaven and a hell. Most people never make either one.

You ask how does anyone know what a ghost thinks, right? You will not accept any answer given, You have made up your own mind what comes after death.

There is one way I know how to avoid this ..... being grounded to earth until the resurrection and it takes MUCH MORE than belief in God.

You might find this interesting.... I have NEVER came across a ghost or demonic type entity bound to this earth that knew the way to God through salvation.

Call me a skeptic, but I'm not afraid of shadows, or the dark. There are no monsters, or demons in my life.

How do ghosts have thought processes, intentions, and free will to switch up their haunting strategies if they don't have a human brain to do it with? It's the same thing I say to people that attempt to imagine and explain what their heaven is like.

No feel good or feel bad chemicals, no cells to store information. Angry? How does something with no physical form, much less a brain, get irritated or angry? Those are all feelings that are a product of chemicals being released or present in a physical brain. Dogs get irritated and angry too so it's not exclusive to primates.

Furthermore, why do only humans have spirits that live on after death? We're just the most highly evolved animal on Earth. If dogs had the evolutionary leap instead of us and they walked upright, would they have spirits simply because they became smart and self aware to think of the concept? No one wants to be gone for eternity in a short set of years and it's proven scientifically that humans can't conceive what being dead is like. It sounds logical to say humans came up with all of the extra stuff over thousands of years and passed it on because it insulates us from death.

If you were taught from birth that when you die, thats it, you're gone and everyone else believed the same, what do you think life would be like? Ethics and morals?

Good questions...

Once you realize you are more then meat and bones with a brain and that you are a living spirit inside you is step one. If you can not accept this then you will be stuck and will not move on after death. Once death has come upon you, it is too late for changes in your mortal life. Prayers are for the living, not for the dead.


Do you think when you die your body goes to heaven or hell? Tell me how does that work? How can meat and bones enter a spiritual world? It can not.

If you think when you die it's all over than the only way you might change your mind will be if you encounter the spiritual world while alive and sober.

Very interesting. I've never seen a shadow person. We have a ghost I've seen -- he's friendly enough and is apparently happy to co-exist with us (for about 25 years now).

I have seen this many times. It sounds as if a relative has passed on and is watching over you.

You and this entity are living in harmony and that is great! Tell others in the home to respect this entity and to not tease it and you will have peace.

Just because someone is dead does not mean their spirit has forgotten how to love.

I do not know how many but plenty....

They don't only reside in homes.... in the woods, backyards, front yards, up and down streets, there are even more!!!

In the woods....forest areas..... be careful of what you might bump into.

My sister lives there now and it is still there but doesn't bother them much they said. Because it leaves them alone they ignore it pretty much, not enough happens that they feel a need to cleanse it away.

I asked them about it recently and it's definitely still around. Another relative of mine remodeled the place before any relatives of mine lived there and he never experienced anything whatsoever, and he worked till 2AM some days on it.

He wanted to sell it to me not long ago but the wife said heck no, and is afraid of ghosts. Since he never experienced the entity he scoffed at everyone even the kids that they were imagining it all.

Some people absolutely will not believe in anything even from their most closest and dearest relatives/friends. Kind of sad that there are so many people out there with no awareness of things spiritual, plus they have to defame others for being whacked out to make them feel smarter when they simply have no knowledge or trust in anyone's testimony of such things.

I have seen a former hardened skeptic who was traumatized and scratched by a spirit for taunting them though.

Changed their life going forward forever.

Another family living in peace with a spirit. Good! It happens all the time and I hope it stays that way. This spirit has accepted your family as it has accepted the spirit.

Like you said, NEVER tease or challenge anything in the spirit world. As time goes on for the spirit it learns how to manipulate the living to the point of suicide.

About 7 years ago I encountered a tall dark entity with red eyes, wearing a top hat and trench coat. It was standing next to my bed & said that I was going to die soon. It then choked me until I woke up. A few months later I had an aortic aneurism. I'm still living in the same place & haven't seen it again. I'm a Christian.

If God and Jesus can keep spirits out of your life, why dont they just do it for everyone?
