Why we need a space force

Clearly we are 24 hours at any given time away from having ourselves introduced to Americas Space Fore Craft....yes Neutral Dimension Craft.....UFOs......and within the next 1-2 weeks everyone will absorb accept and forget that it even matters....its Human Nature....all this BS has been needless.....people care about People things not Global nor Inter-Stellar power and control.

They're not going to Zeta Reticulli or anywhere else. Space Force isn't about ships, it's about controlling and consolidating satellites. Nothing more.

The Space Force is about taking the high ground. Sure in the startup stage a lot of operations will be local, but once we have a strong footing on our local shores it will be about moving out, going to Mars, mining asteroids, to infinity and beyond.

I don’t think that we need a “space force” the way the Prez says.

Let’s say, we developed a vehicle that gives us air supremacy to the point that we are chasing UAP craft away (hear of any good UFO or abduction tales lately? Seems that all we hear about are Big Black Triangles... what if they are ours? I.e., We already have a ‘space force’ that even the Prez doesn’t know about).

An “official” space force is redundant. But hey, think what you want about the effectiveness of the Prez and his ideas. Me, well, let’s just say that grandma did get run over by a reindeer and as for me... I believe.

The concept is unnecessary and way beyond a nascent “new” program can do, so why bother??

Unless you think the breakaway society is real but we all know that that is science fiction!! (Uh, /sarcasm, and light humor and light meanness but not specific to you).

No, it won't be. That's what NASA is for. Space Force is going to be about protecting our satellites, improving our capabilities, and developing counter satellite technology.

And let's say, for the sake of argument, there's NOT a Space Force the President isn't aware of. Then what? We just sit on our butt and let everyone else move ahead?

Trump signed the NDAA this evening. As of today, the Space Force is formally stood up as the 6th service. It's an independent service, but nested in the Air Force.

Right, because the military always releases patents of their technology that shows their plans. You can patent anything you want. That doesn't mean it exists or ever will.

They not only patent it, they test it,usually on innocent soldiers or civilians its documented whats out there if you look for it but this is not the place for that

If the military has a classified system, which several of those you mentioned would be, you're not going to see a patent on it. It's not going to be released where the public is going to see it.
