I did my last supply run tonight. Went four times this week and I'm glad I did. I was going to get one more bag of oats and one more bag of rice tonight but they were decimated, gone. Many shelves were empty. Was a strange sight to see indeed. I've adequately prepared my family, I hope.

I need to try and sleep, but I'm still not sleepy enough.

Think I will take a walk through the green forest beneath the glowing orb for a while and then curl up in a field of wildflowers to dream of wondrous things.

I love the picture, and the support. However, what i was referencing to with "Not a good time" was that is was not a good time to drink a lot of alcohol. And that it never is a "good time to drink a lot of alcohol" but at that point it was extra "not a good time" due to sickness. Fine now but staying sober, due to having some stuff on my mind that has to be sorted out with a clear mind.

I was saddened to read about your workplace situations... tensions between people. I don't have any tips for you regarding this, i just hope you stay strong.

I have turned every stone to make myself feel better. Now i am turning them again, in order to find something that i have discarded too fast, not contemplated thoroughly or just plain forgot. Radical acceptance has been the theme of this weekend.

"Radical acceptance" means completely and totally accepting something from the depths of your soul, with your heart and your mind. You stop fighting reality. When you stop fighting, you suffer less.

Isn't there a culture that used flat stones?
Perhaps we could profit on that when the world runs out of toilet paper, we could customize them, paint little pictures of the people, people don't like on them.
In Denmark during the "Occupation" people glued pics of "Adolf" under the lids of their toilets. I have always found that an amusing way of passive aggressive resistance.

This is a warriors creed, it is so hard to practice. I relate it to Aikido a martial arts discipline well worth a look.

Stupid people. Toilet paper.
I have carbs, protein, water. Repeat. Add a little herbs, salt and pepper and you have a meal. Eggs are good, sour creme, I only eat barley, which no one else does so I am safe. Barley is super low on the glycemic index, so I switched form rice and tators. And it is "home grown"

They actually did his dialysis this Morning. I was shocked. He did fine.

Meant to reply to your work situation and to other people, but i think I am overwhelmed with Hubby and all he has been through and afraid of our future and stuff. Also sleep patterns are all over the place.I have no energy and haven't been myself, but you have my love and friendship as always.

Financially things are okayish, but could be better. Have a Doctor's appointment coming up this Month, Gah!
Got my toilet paper though. LOL

There be magical creatures coming to the Houston Zoo this spring

Haven't seen dragons and such at the zoo before. Hopefully the zoo will be open and the virus will be history by the time this display is set up.

Night Star - just take it easy for now. The Shed mice will only make a small mess of things when you are off resting away.

Thanks Sweetie! I am taking it one day at a time. That is the best I can do and it is enough for now.
It helps to have such wonderful, caring, loving friends in here, people who are just as real as any I have here in what we call the real world. No matter the distance, I feel so close to my amazing Sheddite friends.
