The FBI and military work closely on the IED threat in North America, lots of joint training. The Army sends all their entry level Explosive Ordnance Disposal students to a 12 week pre-course in Redstone.

It would probably make more sense for the FBI's HQ2 and bomb center to be in Eglin, FL. But maybe there wasn't enough room or some other hurdle they couldn't get over.

I'm not sure where you are seeing the string associated with the pic has changed, but I went ahead ran it throuth the Magic decode site.

I'll just preface this by saying that I don't place a high degree of confidence that these results are anything, really. I only asy that because I don't entirely understand how the decoder is coming up with the results, and secondarily, I don't trust that online translators (Bing, Yandex, Google, etc) do very well translating say Chinese to English.

The translators from different sites auto-detect the same, and outputs are the same, but I question wether they actually pick up on the nuances of meaning in the translation process.

That being said, you will see that some of the transaltions are for partial Magic outputs. I did this in cases where the original output yielded some characters, then a long line of elipses or junk caracters. By deleting characters in the origianl output the translation seems to reveal, in some cases, an output that is at least something the makes sense.

One thing that I find interesting about the output(s) is that it only seems to generate Eastern language as a recognizable output. Nothing in English, French, Italian, etc. The only other outputs are just number strings or UTF character jibberish. Something I also wonder about in this method.

That's kind of the point isn't it? They're a spy agency that does a lot of shady stuff, to put it kindly. Just like the CIA, MI6 etc.
There's plenty to legitimately discuss about Mossad on its own merits without it being a blanket generalization of Jews. Just as discussing the evil deeds of the CIA isn't venting frustration with Americans in general.
