Nowadays the site can be considered oxymoronic. It advertises itself as and embraces the beliefs of the alternative conspiracy media, but it is all very stylized and the site utilizes all sorts of gimmicks to attract viewers, which really doesn't seem like a good presentation for "classified" information. One might say this is so it can be accessible to the brainwashed sheeple, so the "truth" can set them free, but is it necessary for it to almost satirize itself?

Commerce raiding (French: guerre de course, "war of the chase"; German: Handelskrieg, "trade war") is a form of naval warfare used to destroy or disrupt logistics of the enemy on the open sea by attacking its merchant shipping, rather than engaging its combatants or enforcing a blockade against them.[1]

QoS, does it mean that? Why are all letters in CAPS? Unsure. But the version put up earlier in the thread explicitly spelled "Mossad" -- as Q did in an earlier drop. Not sure why this would have then morphed into "MOS". It is that change that I noticed.

Bob Hawke was named Father of the Year in 1971.
According to today’s reported family secrets revealed by his daughter, the accolade became a twisted joke.
The accusation is he asked his daughter to endure terrible abuses so he could become prime minister.
His daughter, Rosslyn Dillon, alleges she was raped in the 1980s while she was employed by former Victorian Labor MP Bill Landeryou, who died earlier this year.
Ms Dillon claims she was assaulted three times at the Hilton Hotel, Victoria’s Parliament House and a Melbourne home.
During his meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, Vice President Joe Biden announced today in Washington that, pending Congressional notification, the White House plans to commit $220 million in new assistance to Ukraine this year in support of economic, political, and energy reforms.
In addition, on June 9, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) approved up to $62.5 million in financial support to two private equity funds that will invest in Ukraine across a number of sectors including agribusiness, healthcare, infrastructure, retail, consumer goods, and real estate. These two investments are in addition to OPIC’s total exposure to Ukraine of $185 million, including $73 million in insurance coverage, $97 million in finance exposure, and an estimated $15 million in indirect exposure to Ukraine through other multi‐country investment funds.
These initiatives and new commitments are part of more than $1.3 billion in foreign assistance the U.S. government has committed to Ukraine since 2014 to advance reforms, strengthen democratic institutions and civil society, stimulate economic growth, strengthen its defenses, and help Ukraine more safely monitor and secure its borders and defend its territorial integrity.
