Even negligent things done by people is considered murder. Mao committed negligent homicide to millions. His policies were criminally negligent with no regard for human life.

Anyone who’s been to Italy recently knows there’s a migrant invasion. You’d have to be blind or mentally retarded not to notice. Africans and Muslims are highly visible everywhere, even in smaller communities. You wouldn’t believe how many there are in Rome; also quite a few East Asians that I suspect are mostly Chinese. Gypsy beggars are fairly common, too.
