Trump wins bigly both the popular vote and electoral college, Rs retake the House in a bigly way, and add to their mid-term gains in the Senate (possibly even gain a super-majority).

As with Bill Clinton, President Trump will emerge from his House impeachment stronger.

From there, it goes to the Senate where 4 Presidential Candidates will be "screwed"...not able to campaign for 8 weeks (2 months) leading up to the Iowa and New Hampshire primary.

Maybe. I still think it is possible the final vote for actual impeachment will fail.

Regardless, no way the Senate convicts, and if he is impeached, the 2020 re-election landslide will be even greater.

Please. I made my point based entirely on logic and reason. You are the one pretending that if the Founders didn't use those precise words then I was wrong, totally ignoring the logic and the reason behind my position.

I'm not inclined to spend much time searching because it doesn't matter to me if they did or didn't use the exact phrase 'extra ordinary remedy'.

They obviously knew that it was and extra ordinary remedy - meaning, not within the ordinary powers of the HoR, based on all of the debate and discussion about whether or not they would even include that power (of impeachment itself) in Constitution at all.

Think about it (I know, that requires the use of logic and reason, something you apparently are lacking)...

If it was an ordinary power, they wouldn't even have to specifically delegate it - would they?

You should choose a new handle - maybe AugustisWhinus is available?
