Several people I have in my network have been giving reports that the Syria pullout was in fact a leadership flush out operation. Key people tied to leadership who were captured made their escape and were in fact tagged. They were then tracked and traced back to leadership and then the leadership was attacked and that is how they got al-Baghdadi and most of his lieutenants. Does anyone have anything on this yet they can share?

Do you have any actual sources or is this just some wishful thinking? I mean there's a certain logic behind it. I could see our strategists actually coming up with something like that, but that's a far cry from saying that's what happened.

If true, the implications are pretty profound.

Even Pelosi, et al, served as useful idiots when traveling to Jorden and condemning the President's Syrian policy.

More winning.

Apparently some traitors at home were flushed out as well.

I'm hearing the same all over social media and a couple of other sources that (supposedly) are 'in the know'.

Interesting all the way around.

They are saying that in order to make everything fall into line for this operation we had to appear to be pulling back. The prisoner release was planned and that many prisoners were in fact tagged so command would be able to track them and learn their hides and safe houses and bunkers. They could tie cell phones to them by proximity to the trackers and got up on the entire network almost immediately. I certainly think it will end up with our guys leaving but not just yet.

Gee, did they clue the kurds in on thier great plan?
I'm pretty sure that they probably dont see the loss of thier homes and lives as a fair exchange for the capture of a portion of isis leadership. And, quite frankly, they could have managed a prisoner escape that wasn't so destructive.

In retrospect, I assume you now realize how uninformed your post was?

it's no secret we have targeted people with their cell phones with enough confidence we send them a hellfire.

The ME and by extension Africa are cesspools of corruption

when in Afghanistan i heard allot of stories of when the shooting started sometimes the very people we were traning and living with would have an 'oopsie' and shoot a few of our men.

the way i see it, we need to do the job of war all the war or not at all to avoid situations like what we are seeing over there.

They're not just stories. That stuff happened way too often. Google "insider attacks in Afghanistan and Iraq."

Why, you want more dead people?
But, nah, you wouldn't want me to lead....
If I were the leaders of the kurds, I would have told them to make sure everyone gets out then blow every building there.
If I were the leader of the american troops, I would be blowing the oil well up instead of guarding them and bombing the heck out of the isis prisoners.

Then, in case that wasn't crazy enough, I'd give the kurds new homes in the trump properties

Lol.. I'd make a really horrible dictator.

While you're at it, make some Democrat politicians and rich progressives from Hollywood and the media take in some illegal immigrants.

Ok, I'll just make a decree that everyone with an income above 50 thousand has to take in a Kurdish family, will that make you happy?

I don't have any belief in it one way or the other but I would like to confirm it so I'm hoping that somebody with a little more data comes forward. At present nobody wants to go on record that's probably a good thing considering opsec.
