That guy was the spokesman. Abdullah Qardash was publicly declared the successor to Al-Baghdadi on 20th August and has been running their day-today operations for a few months.

Not that Al-Baghdadi's death isn't a major coup as he declared himself a spiritual successor directly related to Mohammed but that Fox report is a load of BS.
