Comey was already referred for prosecution by the IG. DOJ declined. Some think it's because there's more on the way for Comey.
I guess we'll just have to see, won't we?

None of which is crazy when we know Trump Jr. Manifort and Kushner all met with Russian spy’s to obtain dirt on Hillary..
