If all this is accurate and it sounds probable. Michael Flynn should get an emergency release.

If true, and it looks like it is legit, the Flynn needs to be immediately exonerated, and charges filed against those involved. You can not allow people to falsify evidence like this and get away with it.

Release? He isn't in jail... is he???
But he definitely should not only have his plea thrown out and all charges dismissed with prejudice, but I also 'have a dream':
1. He immediately files a major lawsuit against the FBI/DOJ which is immediately and publicly/loudly settled, reimbursing him for everything he lost, along with a very loud and public apology, then
2. Trump immediately announces his new appointment for his NSA: Lt. Gen Michael Flynn!
Release? He isn't in jail
also moderately interesting the AG is the one that started this and now the cia director is helping along with Durham
Republicans believe the impending declassification of Russia investigation documents will show an email exchange between Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey discussing the use of British ex-spy Christopher Steele's unverified dossier in the U.S. intelligence community's assessment on Russian interference in the 2016 election. Former South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy, who claims to have seen the classified material, said this puts Brennan in jeopardy more than it does Comey. Durham enlisted leaders in the U.S. intelligence community, including CIA Director Gina Haspel, to help with the review.
so she seems to have a long and distinguished history in the cia but id gather the latter part of my snippit is going to be what some focus on as i guess she helped run a black site in Indonesia. but as a former station head and now director i would not underestimate her in the slightest as she seems to have been around the block as far as intel community goes
Haspel joined the CIA in January 1985 as a reports officer.[23][24] She held several undercover overseas positions, for many of which she was station chief.[25][26] Her first field assignment was from 1987–1989 in Ethiopia,[24][27] Central Eurasia,[24] Turkey,[23] followed by several assignments in Europe and Central Eurasia from 1990 to 2001.[24][28] From 1996 to 1998, Haspel served as station chief in Baku, Azerbaijan. From 2001 to 2003, her position was listed as Deputy Group Chief, Counterterrorism Center.[24] Between October and December 2002, Haspel was assigned to oversee a secret CIA prison in Thailand Detention Site GREEN, code-named Cat's Eye, that housed persons suspected of involvement in Al-Qaeda. The prison was part of the US government's extraordinary rendition program after the September 11 attacks, and used "enhanced interrogation techniques" such as waterboarding that are widely considered to be torture, although those methods were deemed legal at the time by agency lawyers. According to a former senior CIA official, Haspel arrived as station chief after the interrogation of Abu Zubaydah but was chief during the waterboarding of Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri.[28] On January 8, 2019, Carol Rosenberg, of the Miami Herald, reported that partially redacted transcripts from a pre-trial hearing of Guantanamo Military Commission of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, seemed to indicate that Haspel had been the "Chief of Base" of a clandestine CIA detention site on the Guantanamo Bay Naval Station, in the 2003–2004 period.[29][30]
so seems bar has wide declassification powers and may explain why the CIA head is involved now as id assume it would be her job to keep confidential sources secure so we don't expose any long term intelligence operators but still get a through investigation
Schiff’s letter is the latest salvo in the fight over Barr’s plans to review how the FBI began its investigation into members of the Trump campaign team and Russia in 2016. Barr announced last month that he was undertaking the review over concerns about “spying” on the Trump campaign — language that Democrats have criticized — and he later tapped US Attorney John Durham to lead the effort. Last week, Trump ordered the intelligence agencies to cooperate with the review as he granted Barr the declassification powers. “I just think it has to be carefully looked at because the use of foreign intelligence capabilities and counterintelligence capabilities against an American political campaign to me is unprecedented and it’s a serious red line that’s been crossed,” Barr said in a CBS News interview this week. Barr told CBS he asked Trump for the declassification powers and that he consulted with the intelligence chiefs, who told him they were “going to be responsive.”

Nope ..
Just so far only trump cheerleaders have responded. Lol.
My bet is that it is pages job to edit the 302’s.. that Flynn’s statement is not what was edited. They are literally just pulling out something totally SOP and pretending it is criminal due ONLY to the fact edited has a broad meaning..
