Attorneys claim Flynn’s 302’s edited.

There’s a new motion filed in Michael Flynn‘s case yesterday. Alleging that the FBI manipulated his 302’s.

That information looks pretty good to me.

If all this is accurate and it sounds probable. Michael Flynn should get an emergency release. I hope the federal courts don’t stonewall him this time.

If true, and it looks like it is legit, the Flynn needs to be immediately exonerated, and charges filed against those involved. You can not allow people to falsify evidence like this and get away with it.

But he definitely should not only have his plea thrown out and all charges dismissed with prejudice, but I also 'have a dream':

1. He immediately files a major lawsuit against the FBI/DOJ which is immediately and publicly/loudly settled, reimbursing him for everything he lost, along with a very loud and public apology, then

2. Trump immediately announces his new appointment for his NSA: Lt. Gen Michael Flynn!

Time to lawyer up. These D.C. lawyers go from $800-1200 an hour. No amount of TV appearances are going to cover that bill. Comey's book deal might cover it but the rest of them are SOL. This will go on for months on end. Plea deals or time to file for bankruptcy. These agents and directors do well but not that well. They are not multi-millionaires. If someone does not agree to represent them pro bono only other other option is a plea deal.

Other reports are saying Clapper told the agents to "take the kill shot" in regard to Flynn. Meaning he put them up to falsifying the notes.

Indeed, this all seems to be coming to a head.

That looks like a long list of charges when you consider all the investigations.

I hope they make them serve the sentences consecutively instead of concurrently .

so she seems to have a long and distinguished history in the cia but id gather the latter part of my snippit is going to be what some focus on as i guess she helped run a black site in Indonesia. but as a former station head and now director i would not underestimate her in the slightest as she seems to have been around the block as far as intel community goes

so seems bar has wide declassification powers and may explain why the CIA head is involved now as id assume it would be her job to keep confidential sources secure so we don't expose any long term intelligence operators but still get a through investigation

It sounds to me they are saying that Page editing the 302 is how she is connected to the case. I do not see them claiming to have changed Flynn’s answers or whatever ..

If Page illegitimately and fraudulently changed documents that is a felony.. a big one.

I’m not sure if Flynn would get a new trial . He copped a plea.. you wave a lot of your appeal type rights and are kinda stuck..


But for sure Page and Strok , because obviously he knew are going to jail for a grip...


But of course they will not.

This will be just like every other conservative scandal.. ya’ll get all hyped up and Think “we will be vindicated now! FINALLY , one of trumps attackers is going down!” But nothing will happen..

My bet is that it is pages job to edit the 302’s.. that Flynn’s statement is not what was edited. They are literally just pulling out something totally SOP and pretending it is criminal due ONLY to the fact edited has a broad meaning..

A) a plea is nearly impossible to overturn.. even if big evidence exonerating you pops up..

A)“page always edits the 302’s.. it is the government’s statement and thus theirs to edit. “

B) “page committed a felony changing Flynn’s statment”..


I’m betting it is really A) but conservative media thinks it’s base will believe B) when they see EDITED..

But Johnny you have been wrong so many times, what you "think" is moot, you have to be correct before you can think.

of course you can reserch and find thisis common, right?? like with a link, right??

other wise that and a 1.50$ will get you plain coffee, no sugar, no cream..

Flynn needs to be fully exonorated and a settlement needs to be reached to reimburse him (and then some) for his losses and reputational damage.
Then all involved in setting him up need to go to jail.
It's the only way to bring justice to this case.
