The trash media like the Associated press and the NYT, NBC, etc, are fully engaged in promoting all of these narratives which do not represent the actual reasons or goals of what our President's administration is doing, or the reasons stated by these garbage news agencies.
Soooo....All you are doing is re-processing the "garbage in garbage out" scenario the MSM is providing with these stories.
And it does not require a "Pro Trump" stance to see it. Just read the news closely and examine the narrative and it's "presentation".
Forget any thoughts of Trump in your mind and be honest about what you see.
Hope this helps.

It looks to me like what you just said is YOU spinning it, not the media this time.
Does anything make sense of what Trump does to those who hold only strong despise for him?
Of course not.
“I don’t want to stay there for the next 40 years," Trump said. “It’s not going to do anything. ... I campaigned on the fact that I was going to bring our soldiers home, and bring them home as rapidly as possible.”
Part of keeping that promise, Trump said, is not thrusting U.S. forces into even more conflicts that have no end in sight.
“We interject ourselves into wars, and we interject ourselves into tribal wars and revolutions and all of these things that are very — they’re not the kind of thing that you settle the way we’d like to see it settled. It just doesn’t — it just doesn’t work that way. ... And it’s time to come back home."

Ok, lets make this as specific as possible. Since you "closely" follow the news, you have surely already seen this.

No spin, that is Trump's own words saying he wants to bring our troops home as quickly as possible and he doesn't want to interject our troops into other conflicts.
But yeah, you're right, its the media spinning all of Trump's noble intentions.
A lot of what Trump said was allegorical

No this is purely on you spinning this for yourself to mean something it doesn't.
A lot of what Trump said was allegorical and analysis leaving the question remaining to consider remedy. A remedy that historically has been problematic at best. And the middle east has always been problematic and highly fluid in change. We go there and cut one head off and two more take it's place.
Do I expect you to understand any of this? Not even a little bit. (But the potential exists in you
Trump is less inclined to kill people than the last 3 presidents BY FAR and has been proving that. You should be glad.

Let's speculate that Trump's actions has more to do with 4D Chess strategy and power placement on the chessboard...
moving out of Syria, in the Syrian lands that are predominately peopled by the Nation-Less Kurds, might just be Trumps way of poking the Turks/Erdogan into an ill advised border war which will finally end up with UN Peacekeepers there in North Syria... with thousands of unbridled IS/ISIS/AQ Jihadists running around in pockets of resistance to the combined Syrian & Iranian Proxy fighters that are amassed in Syria....
Erdogan wants a rebirthed Ottoman Caliphate...the Saudis' have Mecca/Medina & Islam pilgrimage which Erdogan & The Turk future Caliphate Covet… it's a Sunni-Shia thing at the heart-of-it
the USA siding with the Saudi regime is more about the Petro-Dollar than any alliance or friendship...Trump is making the best Practical move possible for the Western World sustainability as financial Empires go

So now we dont want troops in the ME protecting our allies?
The Saudis are not our allies, they are one of the largest propagators of Islamist terrorism.

Occam's Razor and Trump's past actions beg to differ.
The most likely answer is Trump is simply protecting his personal business interests in Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
Or...... The man who lied about Muslims cheering in the streets on 9/11 and bragged about having the tallest building now that the Trade Towers were gone is playing 4D chess.
I swear, the knots some Trump supporters tie their brains up with are absolutely incredible.
But you do you!
