Being an ATS celebrity is about the equivalent of being a crash test dummy....

That being said... This place is not my world and if it goes away tomorrow I'd get over it in about 5 minutes.. This is not where I try to change the world.

I understand what you are saying but those well researched threads are still being created today..

It's just that they have been pushed to the back by this political bickering. I still blame the creation of the mudpit for that. Decorum and civil conversation always was the main feature that made me come to ATS.

I am by no means one of those ATS legends but I could come into a thread with a naive question and expect to get a friendly reply.

Since the mudpit attitude has infected every corner of this site you are more often ridiculed for asking a question or not being enough informed on a certain topic.

All in all I still enjoy my daily dose of ATS but under the motto "if you can't beat them, join them" I am finding myself more and more in the mudpit poking people and throwing mud...

Maybe I should cut that out and be the change I would like to see?

Waking up the masses wasn’t Taco Bell commercials and hipsters pretending to believe in already accepted and verified conspiracy facts.

The mud pit is the result of the left trying to weaponize conspiracy to suit their own ends “yes trump did it too” but it has been used by both parties over the years but never to the extent as now.

It’s a fake mass awaking it’s not real they still haven’t figured out how to critically think, how to look into the dark, depressing, horrible reality yet. They are to busy pretending to be enlightened “woke”.
