Typical Shep. .....could "hold the key". Plus President Trump isn't going after his 2020 political rival. He's getting to the bottom of the corruption during the 2016 campaign and draining the swamp as promised.

In September a federal judge told the Department of Justice to either arrest McCabe or let him go. A deadline was given for that to happen, but I don't recall what they did line was.
