NATO would make sense re Esper. I was going down a different route:

ANTO is ticker symbol of Chilean mining company Antofagasta. Made me think of the 33 miners trapped and rescued via NASA capsule in 2010. Seemed all very ritualistic. Symbolic death, resurrection, 33, as above so below ( NASA involvement), dark to light...

I'll just add that I do NOT believe the Gov't has any "control" nor any oversight of the Black World involving ET craft, ETs and/or Aliens, space travel, nor whatever top-secret advanced technology man-made or acquired through reverse engineering. As someone here stated before it started back in 1947 and over the decades has all been heavily compartmentalized and privatized to keep the gov't eyes out of the picture. Gov't understanding is not the true understanding. Groups like TTSA and Bigelow including Puthoff & others have been trying to ease into that world and read into the program for many years. Granted they know more than others but not much more than any of us with the right ambition to do some deep dive research. That is my belief, I don't expect everyone to agree.

As to the spiritual side, well, you have far better understanding than I. I can brainstorm about it but, unable to put in so many words. Humanity or at least most of humanity brain-locked into mainstream thought lacks the proper language to describe and actually understand it; no thanks to westernized religions which obfuscate everything and other nefarious factors plaguing our societies in hiding the truth.

Yeah, everything is privatized now. The gov lost control of all this stuff decades ago. The compartmentalization is off the charts.

I agree. We really have no other colloquial term from the Dark Control System. We use government as a catch all and it handicaps the understanding. When we say "government" we all 'know' what that means even if it means nothing of the sort.

The UFO thing is another C_A psyop to get that term to include "Alien" life no less. "Is it a UFO" has come to mean "is it alien" when U=Unidentified, which if you have to ask means you cannot identify. ugh.

CompartMENTALization is the hallmark of those who wish to remain hidden. They simply create all forms, and I mean all forms, of disguises to get us to do what they need and a big part is word play, teeeveee, movies etc.

Teeeveee and movies have turned all that defining into a mess. I can hear when folks are using such things as their foundation for "life" and it makes for a tough conversation indeed.

Oddly as an aside. The above comment really applies heavily to those who grew up in the internet age - their reference points are beyond problematic on everything. They are often experts on everything but it is all based on zero experience. AOC scared of a garbage disposal sort of thing, yet an expert on a trillion dollar derivative scam called green blah blah blah. (clone-bots don't count of course).
