Why would POTUS Trump need to withhold money for evidence that the Ukranians wanted to give FREELY since at least 2018?...

The following article is from April 2019, which is 2 months BEFORE POTUS Trump talked on the phone with the Ukranian President. The left insane media has claimed that a few days before the phone call POTUS Trump froze aid to Ukraine to force them to give him the info, without any evidence of this. Except that this is false and the Ukranian administration has wanted to give this info to the Trump administration at least several months BEFORE, in 2018, the phone conversation happened.
