I had input on pizzagate threads

I said that it was horribly unethical to accuse people of these terrible crimes, particularly private agents individuals (like the pizza shop owner), without proof

I have defended against calls for Menedez, Franken fairfax and Ellison to resign

I have said repeatedly that claiming only one side had monsters like this, or we should judge all members of a side by these monsters is wrong

I posted on this thread without commenting on the ops partisanship. I only did so when he repeatedly lied about it and accused others who pointed it out of partisanship

Meanwhile you have such a problem with other members, but don’t call out this poster for his partisanship

Hypocrite

Why did you take the time to bold his party?

Partisan liar

But don’t care he was a republican

But don’t even care that you are a partisan

I merely addressed this because you accused others of not caring about the story for pointing out your partisanship

And it’s fun to out obvious liars

You unintentionally bolded it?

You're the triggered one, caught in your own folly, you've barely remained on your own topic since you were caught out..

On ATS not being extreme right makes you a liberal partisan. The right wing on ATS moved from RINO hunts to cannibalism long ago.

I have been a member of ATS for over 12 years now. My political views have not changed during that time. Issues have come and gone, scandals have come and gone, and yes, I have learned a lot in the discussions I have had here. But my basic tenets are still the same.

What has changed is the Democratic Party, and apparently you along with it. If that is a problem for you, might I suggest fixing it instead of complaining that others are rejecting your partisan BS. Your OP is a perfect example: there was a time when using pedo accusations for political gain was unheard of... now it's SOP.

I still reject it as much as I did in 2007.

Oh really?
There are countless of threads on ATS where conservatives throw around pedophilia accusations to left and right. I think that almost every D politician has been acused of pedophilia here on ATS. But when a R gets called out than y'all lose your #.

Show me one post I have made, anywhere on ATS (or any other forum on the whole Internet for that matter) where I dismissed any such accusations against anyone from either party when there was evidence to support it. Heck, I had no problem with the Kavanaugh hearings until the star witness started tripping over her own story.

Party is irrelevant. If there is evidence, give him his day in court and if he is found guilty, build a brand new jail to bury his butt under as seagull stated. Doesn't matter what party he pledges. Do it. If he is found not guilty after a fair trial, drop it.

The OP (and now you apparently) are the only ones defending using this as some sort of partisan gotcha. Everyone else is condemning the guy outright.

You unintentionally bolded it?

Correct.

I originally bolded the entire descriptor in the actual article text.

"Pennsylvania state Sen. Michael Folmer (R) "

Then thought it was unnecessary to bold the whole thing and moved the B rightward to before "Sen."

I did not move the other B inward to exclude the (R).

That said, I could care less who imagines what motivations I had and am now more fascinated with how many people think a letter (R) is more important than Pedophile Senator getting arrested.

Wild that the letter (R) in the article itself is enough to trigger so much outrage.

Was he not a Republican Senator from PA?

The reactions say more about those reacting than anything else.

Dude, why not just admit that you hate republicans and wanted to associate a pedophile with an ideology?

6 Pages of deflections, obfuscations, and denials gets old.

Personally?

I think all leftists are anti-American, anti-Constitution assholes.

So simply the letter (R) led you to this outrage? You must have been hell to all the OPs accusing HRC and Democrats of running a pedo ring out of Pizza Joints? RIght? Geez you must have stopped supporting Trump the moment his son started promoting the stories on twitter.

No, pretty sure your ass sat silent and pretty sure you never once thought less of your fellow wingnuts for promoting such insane and ugly stories.

But sure as rain, in this OP, the letter (R) warrants your outrage.

You are the worst kind of partisan, a dishonest one.

I don't believe the same about Republicans, but many of the wingnuts around here are that and then some.

Thank you for that quick tour of my thoughts. So now you're a mind-reader too? Let me give you a word of advice then: don't quit your day job.

If you must know, it took maybe two days after the Pizzagate story broke to figure out that there wasn't any real evidence, and I considered it much the same way Grambler did: a lot of useless, needless, self-defeating hype that did nothing but hurt probably innocent people. Yes, I sat silent... officially. By the time I realized what a bunch of hooey the story was, it was a firestorm that I really didn't want to get involved in. I have better things to do with my time than spend days researching and catching up on the minutia of every batch of male cow excrement that comes down the pike. Not to mention I do believe that Hillary Clinton is as close to an actual evil human being as this world has ever seen... she likely is the reason the Anti-Christ has not appeared yet, because she's got him scared.

So you're wrong about that as well.

The really sick part? You just implied that this was indeed a dig at Republicans, by implying that there was nothing wrong with what you did because the other side did it.

All you really had to do was say something along the lines of, "Yeah, I hate all Republicans," and this would be over. Wouldn't even offend me, because I am not a Republican. It would make me lose respect for your opinions, but lying about your now-obvious agenda even when caught red-handed has done that even worse than admitting to your bias.

I admit to my bias; witness the statement I made above about Clinton. I think Trump has done a great job; I think not having Clinton in office is the greatest achievement the US has made in the last 20 years; I think the Democrat leadership has gone bat-guano insane; I think the Republican leadership should be giving a bunch of preachers some heavy-duty raises for letting them get so damn lucky on so many fronts of late; they certainly don't deserve any of it.

But never will I use the pain of a child to attack anyone over their general politics. That is approaching Clinton-level evil.

There was nothing wrong with what I did.
I quoted a news article, and wait for it ...I bolded "Sen. Michael Folmer (R)" ..The horror!!!

Falsely accusing the entire Democrat party of supporting Pedo Rings with HRC the ring leader? Silence from you, the letter (R) quoted from an article? Outrage!!

Explaining your hypocrisy and deep partisanship is not an endorsement of that corrupt thinking.

You have to be awfully desperate to propose the same. Or maybe that paradigm just explains your thinking? Do you define your own morality and principles in the context of and relative to others?

He's just another pervert. Doesn't matter what political affiliation he is associated with. Our local weatherman Mike Davis (Channel 10tv Columbus Ohio) was recently arrested and fired for being a pervert. They need stricter laws for these kinds.

It should be clear to all - don't mess with our kids, our old people or our animals. We will put you under the jail with the worst of the worst.

Ah, and let's not forget that you also edited out where you specified the (R) again in your commentary but later on edited it out. Do you think I have forgotten that? It may not be visible now, but the memory of it is still enshrined in the replies to you before you edited.

You quoted a news article and highlighted the fact that the person charged was a Republican. It's one thing to mention his affiliation like the excerpt did... quite another to emphasize it via bolding and then repeat it in the commentary. Even worse is to then edit out the part n the commentary and then act like it never existed!

That is the lowest of the low, and explains the divide in this country very, very well. There can be no unification between two parties when one party is intent on causing great harm to the other. That is not unification; it is conquest. And worse, to use accusations of an offense so horrible to the average American, one where we should be talking about the poor victims, to accomplish your own selfish, egotistical political agenda... that's just beyond the pale.

And worst of all, I accept your statement that you "did nothing wrong." I'm sure in your mind you didn't, because those evil, despicable, dare I say deplorable people who dare disagree with you on public policy aren't really human, are they? They're not like you, so whatever it takes to hurt them is always justified in your mind.

Face it; you just got called out, and now you're doing what your leaders are doing: digging the hole deeper.

You mean the sentence that I edited in the OP and then made IMMEDIATELY sure for posterity everyone knew I edited it?

Yah, I clearly was trying to slip that past you by taking the unusual step of posting the FULL SENTENCE BEFORE AND AFTER editing in the thread and calling attention to it for readers. You are just too sly, can't get nothing past you!

Tell me again how you spoke up about Pizzagate?

But a single honest (R) triggers you.

Nope, no partisan thinking disorder there.

Outright lie. As cited in thread and post above.

I am having difficulty getting through a single post of yours where you don't rant about my alleged dishonesty while providing no evidence, while you at the same time lie about what I have posted and purport to know my thinking...While getting it wrong every time.

You invent some person and rant away, because it serves your BS agenda and narrative.

That is the lowest of the low, and explains the divide in this country very, very well.

Amazing...your ability to read minds over the internet. You should charge money.

Can you tell what I am thinking right now?

Hint...It is how bizarre and ridiculous it is to believe to know people's minds over the internet AND how often you have been demonstrably wrong in this thread alone.

Also wondering if you are capable of recognizing how inane that idea is or if you understand the sour dishonesty of rambling away telling people what they are thinking has everything to do with your partisanship, not theirs.

Or how absurd it is you believe you can discern someone's motivations, thinking and reasoning from the inclusion of the neutral letter (R) in an OP.

There you go...No minding reading required for that part.

The republican state senator from Pennsylvania has resigned his seat.
Now the senate president must request a special election to fill the vacancy.
