There was the 2018 Easter egg roll tippy top but also the 2016 Russian nukes tippy top. Moravec's post gave me an idea: did Trump's 2016 remark somehow refer to the 2009 Norway spiral which according to some was a failed Russian ICBM test. What if it was the Russians demonstrating hyperdimensional weapons technology?

This belated (and 180-degree) lagging Russian "admission," unfortunately, has all the appearances of a hastily-ordered cover-up--
Of something "far more interesting" ....
The possible demonstration, on the literal eve of Obama's arrival in Oslo, of a blatantly public "Hyperdimensional/Torsion Physics technology" ... somehow, also connected to President's Obama's imminent acceptance of his Nobel Prize--
