I'm not to sure about that. If this resulted in rounding up known members of the deep state, and other persona of interesting these crimes against the US, then I'm sadly willing to bet that a majority of Americans would be ok with this as long as it ended quickly and peaceably. I doubt that the deep state will go down quietly, nor do I think that it will end well, "BUT" if the end results are publicly broadcasted arrests, and trails then I think a majority would still be ok.

I'm not sure how I feel about this move though. On one hand I don't like it when the Government over steps them selves, but if martial law is used to prevent a civil war, then we all must ask ourselves: "can the ends truly justify the means?"

This is clearly an issue where I would have a better grasp of my feelings about after the fact, but during the situation I think like most Americans I would be nervous about how far some will go to prevent their arrests and how that will affect others. If this is to happen, then let's all hope it is also resolved quickly and as peacefully as possible.

Everyone is pretty much ignoring the Dem led House.

- AOC & the Squat Cobblers
- Nutty Nancy
- Nadler/Schiff butt pirates

Between Mueller and Lewandowski; not to mention Barr flat out blowing them off; the Clown Show House has zero cred being led by Dems.

I hear ya but in my day to day life; travel across the country for work; regular peeps are NOT in a civil war mindset. Complete opposite.

A vocal minority, enhanced by MSM, makes it appear the country is a tinderbox. It’s not.

It’s the political parties and media that are at war with each other.

People back their parties and candidates but in the end, they (we) have our daily lives to navigate.

Isn't that the issue though? Most people don't think a civil war is going to happen, they also are complacent when it comes to situational awareness. SO it wouldn't matter is a bad actor decided to shoot up a bunch of kids at a school, a bunch of cops at lunch, or a bunch of regular people just going about their lives. We've seen what some of these deep state people will do to push an agenda (who can forget all the mass shootings that happen as soon as congress was in recess). The average person isn't what worries me, it's the bad actor fearing their day in court.

During the CL testimony, who was the (R) Senator that said they have 17 different reasons to impeach the POTUS?.

I don't believe it was Jordan or Buck, anyone recall that statement, and who said it?

I also found CL's Rabbit Hole comment fun.

Sorry If this has been covered...I can't keep up anymore, I try to digest each post and the associated links with clarity.

Can't do it...Lay of the Red Bull Folks!

350m peeps. It takes a 911 level event to engage the full country. Wars in Iraq/Afghanistan didn’t really move the needle. The attacks that led to those wars moved the needle.

Small pockets of FF or legit bad actor events (shootings) are small blips.

DOJ, if it decides to move on a wide number of conspirators, should sweep them up quickly and in a “shock & awe” manner to minimize counter moves.

I think it's pretty clear we've been under "Martial Law" for quite some time. Why would the tell us if we we're,
they have nothing to loose. No one seems to care anyway.

If you think you are free..go down to the end of your street and pitch a tent, start a bonfire and grill some brats.

A Cop will shut it down in 30 minutes or less.

Not targeting you here..just a statement.

You clearly have never been to a Trotskyist … I mean Democrat ran city. In Seattle I think they only shut you down if you own a house and pay taxes. Tent living, bonfires, sidewalk toilets, it's all good.

Oh and it's not really the police's fault, its the City Council, Mayor, county commissioner, and state governor are the ones to blame.

I think it would have to be a gradual roundup stemming from information gathered from successful prosecution of a few. A Stalinist roundup would freak more than just the left out.
I mean sure, apply the same force precedented by Stone's arrest and react to any resistance forcefully in full view of news cameras. But Marshall law and roundups of big names..... no fn way. Our whole fabric, from the economy to social cohesiveness would be in the shtter. A town in NM.... shutting it down and rounding a bunch up.... well yeah that is reasonable.

I live in Buffalo N.Y, Mayor Byron Brown is an ass clown who is owned by Schumer. I also don't blame the Police, Many are friends of mine. I blame the people who continually vote for the same people that have suffocated our growth for decades.

Here Here. I fully agree. In Seattle we have a member of the Trotskyist movement (Sawant is the second highest member of an international Trotskyist movement). During this election cycle most of her campaign funding is coming from California and New York (hum? I wonder why), yet I'm willing that she is going to get re-elected and nobody is going to be able to check the real vote numbers. We also have a state AG that touts off about how we have open and free elections in this state, but then road blocks people from seeing the real numbers (including the Presidential Investigation into the 2018 election cycle)
SO I don't fully blame the people voting, I blame the current seat holders that refuse to allow re-checking election results.
