My understanding (based on a scan read) is she has used conventional cancer treatment but used CBD to pain manage and suppress side effects of treatment.

Kylee mother wishes to use CBD instead of conventional treatment.

Even if ONJ was using CBD as primary treatment she is an adult so can make her own decisions.

That might be open for interpretation if you haven't then asked for proof when I pointed out she was using conventional treatment.
