yet you expect people to believe you, even though there's no way to validate your story.

You'd be great entertainment telling stories around a campfire, though.

I don't care if you believe me, lol, you're suppose to be skeptical yet with an open mind.
As in "take it for what it's worth" or "just keep it in mind".

Someone who automatically believes something is gullible, and someone who automatically disbelieves is in denial. The wise person stays somewhere in between maintaining a balance.

ATS is the campfire where we share our stories after all...

The veracity of your post alone is enough for me not to easily
just blow this off as ramblings. Not to mention the parallels you
make tying close encounters with UFOs to spirituality both
light and dark. I have to ask my self what kind of mind would
concoct such a fabrication? And that seems more unlikely than
you having actually experienced this in real time. All that
to say you are at the very least convincing.

Could it have been a satellite passing overhead, and the pulses you saw reflections of the sun upon the solar panels? Then, when the angle of light changed at the "end" of the trajectory, you so no more pulses?

Did you do a satellite tracking search as well for that time/place in the sky?

A satellite would not disappear right overhead.
It would have kept going all the way to the horizon or somewhere near the horizon before it became invisible.

When you say "invisible" are you saying you could actually see an object and not just the pulses (your OP was not very clear on that point)?

After the first flash there was nothing there. But I looked at the area where the flash was - then it appeared. It looked like a ball of light.

Then it slowly started moving southwards (almost directly overhead) and occasionally pulsed a bright flash. The last pulse was very bright and caused the "twinkling star" 4 pointed cross shape, it was very bright.

Then at Aldebaran it just disappeared completely and was gone. There was nothing. This was almost directly overhead straight up above me.

It was a clear night and I had a great view of the sky and so theoretically if it were a satellite (in a rare north/south orbit) than I should have seen it continue it's pathway across the sky till it go somewhere near the horizon and lost track of it's reflections.

Hope that helps clear it up for you.

Is it possible that the loss of the point-light was due to the object no longer reflecting the sun after that large "final" flash? I think a killer satellite test would be plausible as an explanation too.

That would explain why you could no longer see it anymore.

Interesting, thanks for sharing Muzzle. I’m going to check out your other thread you linked.

Side note, every time I see a pic of Maria Orsic, I get all warm and fuzzy inside. 🤤 She makes me really want to believe in reincarnation.

I admit she's very attractive.

There are some posts out there showing they think she's still alive and hasn't aged at all.
They do facial analysis and it matches 100% and there are several sightings w/photos.

I forgot what forum that was on I'll have to go look it up.

Oh yes, 👏🏽 Please do!

If I remember correctly this woman was claiming she was Maria Orsic and they had this huge debate about it and some guys went and did facial analysis and it matched up pretty much exactly!!

I found this pic on Google photos search, but I'll try to find the forum where this argument happened a few years back.

I don't remember what she supposedly said exactly, but I think it was that she went to Aldebaran and came back. The guy that was in the photo with her is a weirdo too, and he had some sort of connections to the elite that were eye-opening.

I'll keep trying to find out where I heard this from... Will link it when I find it.

Oh, don't you worry, I read your OP very thoroughly and I'm sorry to say I don't believe a word of it. I believe you saw something and was just offering an alternative explanation on what you might of seen.

You offer no proof, yet you expect people to believe you, even though there's no way to validate your story.

Sorry, but I find ALL your stories hard to believe, including your supposed abduction by Nordics. You'd be great entertainment telling stories around a campfire, though.

Your belief is irrelevant to the facts of the occurrence.
You were not present.

They look very similar, indeed. The nose could be a little off, but that could be angles.

Just so I’m clear, this woman claims to be Maria reincarnated? Or she claims that’s she IS Maria and hasn’t aged at all?

Yes, if I remember correctly she appeared on some website claiming she was Maria and didn't age any because of whatever reasons. I don't remember exactly, but I remember everyone was speculating about it like maybe the space trip itself slowed aging down or they had advanced medical tech or whatever. (The space journey with no aging makes sense because relativity predicts some effects similar to this).

I think she just appeared, shared that photo, and disappeared and as far as I know, hasn't popped up again since.

Very interesting. There is such little known about Maria. The speculation has been rampant for over 70 years.

Thanks for the info Muzzle! Sorry I if may have derailed your thread a little.

I read your thread about your abduction experience. Didn’t have time to read all the comments though. Did you ever get confirmation from the “fu**ing bi**h” that you were seeking? That part of the story literally made me LOL!

Yeah, I see these flashes every once in a while, and these days if I don't have my astronomy app with me I chalk them up to Iridium flares. That seems to be the most reasonable explanation.

Saw one a couple of weeks ago where the thing flashed four or five times approximately every 15 seconds or so, and really bright, moving south to north. I'm getting much better at spotting satellites now that I know what I'm looking for.

None of them have ever communicated with me.

I agree. Cosmos 2428 fits the bill. Simply flaring and causing confusion. It is a mindset though. No amount of input will persuade some people from their beliefs!

Like you, I wonder that somehow these sightings do respond to our thoughts. I posted a long while ago here on ATS about a sighting I had when I was nine, back in 56. A clear night and sleeping out doors with a friend. He was asleep and the stars were plentyful, back then is was still easy to see the Milky Way in urban areas. Anyway, I was laying there watching this bright star, so I thought straight overhead, unmoving. Then I saw what at first I thought to be an airplane but it was only one bright light moving very slowly across the sky.

This was before we had had any reports of sputnik or other satalites so it was either alien or some form of human tech that we had not heard about yet.

No sound, no pulsing, just a steady light moving across the sky. When I noticed the straight trajectory of the moving light I could see that it would pass right near the immobile star I had first noticed. But as it drew closer to that star straight over head I could see the trajectory it's path would pass directly by the stationary star.

I remember thinking to myself, ''Ha, wouldn't it be funny if like in those cartoons where the fat wolf hides behind a skinny tree and completely disappears?''. As I had this thought, the moving light came into conjunction with the stationary light and did not re-appear on the other side of the stationary light, it's path had stopped right at the star directly overhead. Just as I had had that thought.

This whole experience lasted I would say around five minutes as the moving light moved across the sky.....After the meeting of the lights there was no further incident.

FWIW, I just watched a portion of this weeks Earthfiles offering from Linda Moulton Howe and she's said that scientists just discovered that there are repeating radio energy bursts from 12 points in the sky and that they repeat from those same 12 points in the sky. Maybe the burst of light you saw was one of those radio energy bursts?

Sounds like could of just been a satellite traveling with a slow spin, reflecting the sunlight back when solar panels/.ect come into alignment toward your direction...
