Thank you for the clarification of the time. I still say that you saw a satellite. When you replay between 5 and 6am on Stellarium it provides a pass from Cosmos 2428.

Actually, if you can manage to focus enough to say anything or even move your hand, that will stimulate your brain enough to get out of the paralysis and break the fugue state. As for why Jesus Christ is sometimes indicated as the name that "broke the spell," it's not hard to imagine that's what somebody might say when they see a shadow figure looming in the corner of their bedroom. "Jesus Christ!" They might even throw that "H" in there for good measure that would probably help.

exactly the name/word holds so much power for that person and they EXPECT it to help so if the person is in an alternated state it very well might stop the experience.

that being said

there have been times i have spoken out loud to 'something' that was giving me the willys and it went away

if you put stories out like this you have to have a thick skin and answer reasonable questions if you want any credibility as right or wrong as that may be.

just answer quickly and concisely and i would also like to see where someone called you schitzo. that will end the argument if it was said or not if no one can produce that thread or post


just keep doing what you're doing, your keeping it civil and that's the first step.


i have PTSD and narcolepsy so trust me i know mental health issues and the battles that come with a not so perfect mental health, even if someone does have a diagnosis of this or that doesnt discount the story out of hand.

i take meds every day and i am 100% normal and i have held security clearances so even taking medication isn't bad so dont take it as a personal attack.

if you were on the other side wouldn't you ask?


at the end of the day, its just the internet hang in there
