glowing vapor comming out of hands, looking for information.

to add, it happened today again and i pictured a scene from avengers or whatever (due to this thread and ur upper vid) and so was able to form a ball from the heat coming out of my hands.. have u ever tried that?
then send or blow it onto something that needs help... i have a plant that's not doing so well sitting here so hope this energy i just directed to is helps it regenerate!
