It's Official - Dayton Shooter was an ANTIFA supporting Democrat.

Just woke up this morning and saw that even CNN is reporting this fact. Wow. After several days of blaming Trump and racism for that attack, it turns out to be a 2nd amendment hating, ANTIFA supporting, Elizabeth Warren loving Democrat. My guess is that the reporting will suddenly change or just stop all together. It's all just part of the media manipulation to advance a political narrative.

I do love the headline. That's a damage control way of saying he's a Democrat.

Dayton shooter appeared to have leftist Twitter feed

The most recent tweet on the @iamthespookster account was on August 3, the day of the shooting, when he retweeted a post saying, "Millenials have a message for the Joe Biden generation: hurry up and die." He also retweeted messages supporting Sens. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.
The user's Twitter bio reads: "he/him / anime fan / metalhead / leftist / I'm going to hell and I'm not coming back." One tweet used the hashtag #HailSatan.

In the hours before the Dayton shooting, the Twitter account "liked" several tweets about a shooting in El Paso, Texas, that left 22 dead, including one supporting gun control and others that called the El Paso shooting suspect a "terrorist," and a "white supremacist."
The account also retweeted posts against ICE agents, including one that said, "these people are monsters," and multiple posts condemning police, and supporting Antifa protesters, who often use violent tactics. There were also many tweets of selfies, photos with a friend and ordinary memes and nonpolitical content.

Unless there is proof that democratic ideology pushed him to do this, then I don't care.
I don't care what this person was all about. His brain does not work like the rest of us.
The fact that he is part of the roughly 50% of people who support the left, means nothing to me.

As I said in another thread, why does his political affiliation matter if it didn't play into his decision to commit this act? Considering his sister and best friend were victims, as well as his troubled past, it doesn't seem like politics played a role.

Considering that fact it's kind of sick that you guys are seemingly gloating over the fact that someone on the Left finally committed a mass shooting.

The OP seems clear to me that it is about the media, not the shooter.

There have been many times the media has downplayed political affiliations to almost silence when the shooter has left-leaning values and just the opposite when it is right-leaning.

CNN plainly making this statement means it is a little frigid in hell today.

I think we all need to find some consistency.

Groups don't have to own people who self subscribe. Anyone can say they believe in _______ and are part of _______.

But people can't have their cake and eat it too either. Some want to rub it in people's face that someone who did something horrific claimed to be part of whatever group, and then call foul when the shoe is on the other foot.

The easy thing to do is just say what's right. What any lunatic does to innocent civilians is wrong, and their ideology doesn't change that.

That's because the liberal MSM are hypocrites and extremely bias. Any given weekend or weekday, I can point out a ton of gun violence by people that fit the voter base of the left. But if a suburbia white guy goes out and kills without mercy we get weeks of nonstop coverage as if the world is ending. In the end, there are plenty of crazies on both sides of the aisle. We just let the MSM decide which ones we get emotional about.

The problem is you can either hold both sides responsible, then both sides spirals down the same drain or only one side pounces and one side gets crushed under the government’s boot
The only option is to blame individuals, but blaming and praising individuals and not the government goes against how one party gets money and power

I think the real reporting failure here is the lack of investigation into whether the Dayton shooting was retaliation for El Paso.
