From what we've learnt to date it makes much more sense for Rachel Chandler to be in charge of Epstein and Raniere.

Epstein and Raniere both got the people to be blackmailed in and also ran administration of the financial blackmail after. They also ran defense using MS13, mossad, Claire Bronfman etc.

In return they got all the sex they wanted and money.

...but for the satanic rituals and sacrifices it would need to be a high priestess driving those events and channelling the power that came from them?

I can't imagine Epstein running a satanic ritual but I can Rachel Chandler.

Chandler already has Guinness money? She's only interested in the power.

Look also at their pictures we've seen:-
Epstein always looks deferential to others... a number 2 in relationships, whereas

I guess Trump/DOJ has been mulling over this for awhile. This is an extremely slippery slope, complex laws and many lawyers will argue it would infringe on civil liberties. They are more of an annoying nuisance of absolute stupidity vice an actual terror organization like ISIS.

Raniere was just an evil little pawn being played. He never had the experience to carry out the logistics required in this massive operation. That's why he's gone, expendable. It wouldn't surprise me if RC was in charge of him.

Epstein is a whole other monster on another plane. He has decades of people skills manipulation plus he's a heavily controlling narcissistic, arrogant monster and no way he'd go along with some little girl (or any female) as his handler. If he can't control the narrative or the person than he wants nothing to do with that person(s).
His personality just couldn't possibly allow it.

A few days back I was thinking about Q dropping the major arcana tarot cards. 19 of 22 was the last one played, if memory serves.
