My understanding is that you did not even let Tommy into your nation last time he applied for a visa down to his string of previous convictions.

Tommy Robinson ACCORDING TO THE JUDGE AND ACTUAL STATE PROSECUTOR did not discuss anything from any ongoing case or anything not already in the public domain. so it was not illegal because of that.
No court can decide to just censor free speech. Unless in very special circumstances where it might Jeopardize an ongoing trial and THE COURT ADMITTED that didn't happen in this case!
If you don't change the outcome of a trial it DOES MEAN you are not guilty of changing the outcome of a trial! By the very FACT that you did not change the outcome! People are convicted of crimes they did not on the possibility of something they did might have been a crime and wasn't. If you go into a bank and think about robbing it no court can convict you of bank robbery for thinking about robbing a bank but not actually doing it!
