More on the Cloudflare technical difficulties which still seems to be affecting our Facebook (and their related services) in SA and some other places:

Cloudflare, one of the biggest content delivery network services was facing technical issues earlier today. Users were experiencing 502 errors while accessing sites hosted on Cloudflare. Consequently, all websites and services hosted on Cloudflare were affected including the major ones like Discord and Udemy.

I am not sure the web host knows what the term maintenance means. It is not fancier word for break it.

The cell phone for the most part worked on this site today, the PC not so much. But everything seems ok now.
Spoke to soon...…...still a little glitchy.

The comms are difficult .... It's a conspiracy ! or aliens !

Is it just me or has this site had problems for a while now? Sometimes takes more than a minute to load a page.

Don't know if this helps (or adds to the frustration) but I'm unable to post or refresh any page from :27-:28 past the hour UNTIL the xx:00 hour. So for 32-33 minutes of every hour the site appears non-responsive. Once in a great while the post will go through during that period.

Again, this has been my experience throughout the day.

I've now given to just going away for 30 mins every hour and doing something else....

It shouldn't be the whole two hours but it might be...

No truer words were ever spoken, sigh...

ATS is functioning much more smoothly now than it was before 12noon (CDT) today.

Next test will come during the 7 minute site-backup window, which usually kicks in about 27 minutes after every hour.
