Testifying under oath before lawmakers late last year, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch denied getting any instruction by President Barack Obama or his administration to investigate the Trump campaign for political purposes.
What they admit to is, yeah this was done, but it was done legally. What barr is doing is finding out if it was or was not done legally.

If Barr and Durham don't do anything about it, then you are correct, it won't matter what crimes were committed.
We'll just vote for a democrat in 2020 and try to get as much free stuff as we can.

What you are claiming is that Clapper said that Obama ordered Crossfire Hurricane. He did not say that. He said that Obama requested an assessment of Russian attempts to influence the election.

So nobody will have to spend all sorts of effort to spin things, or contort the truth.
But Obamaās request for an intelligence deep-dive into Russian meddling doesn't support what the headline claims.
The headline published on AmericanJournalReview.com says, "James Clapper Flips On Live TV, Admits Obama Behind Entire Russia Witch Hunt!
The article is referring to a different aspect of the Russia probe, which didnāt emerge until several months after Obama left the White House.
Unless, of course, the IG doesn't find much of anything. Then the spinning and dredging of old and out of context statements will continue. Along with the new claims that the IG is one of them.
Because Muller was already charged with investigating anything thatā arose and may arise ā from the investigation concerning Russia.

Which has nothing to do with what Clapper was talking about. He was talking specifically about the intelligence assessment which Obama requested in December of 2016. A distillation of several investigations. I'm sure Muellar reviewed that assessment after he had been appointed due, primarily, to the firing of Comey.
"If it weren't for President Obama we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set up a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding today, notably Special Counsel Mueller's investigation.
President Obama is responsible for that. It was he who tasked us to do that intelligence community assessment in the first place,"

U.S. President Barack Obama has ordered intelligence agencies to review cyber attacks and foreign intervention into the 2016 election and deliver a report before he leaves office on Jan. 20, the White House said on Friday.

Former Obama administration director of national intelligence James Clapper admitted that former president Barack Obama gave the order to Peter Strzok to kick off his Operation Crossfire Hurricane targeting of President Donald Trump
So, nothing to do with Crossfire Hurricane then. Contrary to the claim in your OP.
BEFORE Trump beat Hillary, Obama told the Intel Community to "Stand Down" from Investigating Russian interference.
