When you look at it like that, it's all bollocks! Why would they repeatedly send craft over and over again for no reason other than to confuse us? If they were real, the invasion would've happened 70 years ago.

Your reasoning is flawed, since we have no idea of why they are actually here, nor if it's the same alien visitors over 70 (and probably thousands) of years. You don't know if they are probes, you don't know if they are hostile, you are jumping to a lot of conclusions. That thinking is as flawed as "Why do they need lights?" and "FTL travel is not possible!", both of which I hear far too often.

But based on prior encounters and there have been many, man,y since the late 40's, and some very high profile encounters, that have yet to be explained, they seem to be interested in our weaponry and more specifically our nuclear capabilities, so that appears to be one reason. Another possible reason in my opinion would be to see if we can get ourselves out of the environmental mess we are creating with climate change.

We have no idea why they are here.
They may be probes terra forming the planet for when the main battle group arrives?
They may have been here forever and it's only because the AEGIS(?) system is sophisticated enough to now see them operating?

I know a lot of high ranking naval officers. (Captain and above) One thing they all have in common is that they are all big “Rules Followers” . The Navy is probably the most “by the book” wing of our armed forces. (Hence, the constant rift with the Marines (what rules) and Air Force (rules light). It’s a part of their culture, and if you have ever been on a sailing team, or even a two man canoe going down the river, you understand why. When you are on a boat or marine vessel everyone needs to be on same page or you will quickly be in the drink. Hence, you need rules and you don’t buck command or you are done. (They have told me this.) and yes the seals and marine aviators are different but they are exceptions not the rule. Therefore, these disclosure s and new ufo threat assessment system is ordered from the top. Navy doesn’t lead it on # like this it follows.

Hence, this is not a leak from MJ-12 successor it is being directed by them. This begs the question some of you are beginning to ask, “why now?”

Some theories:

• A Few Good Men: After having been confronted with an ET civilization around WW II it was decided by the US government to keep it from the public until it was understood better to avoid panic and collapse. Well meant. A few good men have decided that now the time has come for the secrecy to end. Why the option that officials and military personnel can have GOOD intentions is dismissed off-hand is beyond me. This is the most logical and most plausible explanation. Unless you live in an asylum where everybody suffers from advanced paranoia.
  
• Prison Planet: We are about to destroy Earth. This is inconvenient for our prison masters who keep us souls trapped in earthly bodies in an eternal cycle of reincarnation. Think of prisoners burning down the building, allowing them to escape. The guardians must intervene to keep the prison going.
  
• Nuclear Fallout: Our nuclear technology has far reaching effects we don't understand and others have a problem with this.
  
• Benevolent Protectors Behind the Scenes: They are busy fixing the San Andreas Fault with Tic Tacs.
  
• Ancient Builder Race: They would normally guide our evolution in an unobtrusive way. But as we are on the path of self-destruction they have decided to intervene. Maybe they are indirectly forcing the US governent to disclose.
  

As a sidenote: I don't see why telepathy and a few special effects have to mean they are "interdimensional" or "from the future". Maybe they have to mess with dimensions for interstellar travel and that confuses us. But I find the most natural assumption is that they have a home planet in this very real material universe.
(I believe in a spirit world and life after death, but I don't see why this has to be linked up with UFOs.)

As I said before, the issue I have here is the way it's done. Delonge a rockband singer, out of nowhere, becomes "THE" UFO investigator/disclosure man and knows secrets no one else knows lol. You would think some serious official disclosure would come from the military at the very least.

I'm not saying I don't believe what is presented, there has been tons of legitimate cases that could have been openly discussed as part of disclosure.

Well, like other folks here, maybe it has do to with "soft" disclosure. Don't blast out into the news with the President standing up and saying, "Yeah, we got aliens! They're scary as hell, too! But we're scrambling like hell to catch up technologically, which is why we have a black budget in the multiple billions. Don't worry. All is well."

I'm pretty sure that would cause rioting in the streets. However, if you release tiny drops of information here and there through unofficial and even dubious sources, that would give people time to think about the subject, ponder it, get used to it, maybe even reject it. But at least you get people thinking of possible scenarios. Then in a few years, after folks have had a chance to ruminate on the information, you turn up the heat a little more. Release some more information. And you keep that up bit-by-bit, so by the time you drop the big alien bomb, you have at least a reasonable, lower number of people rioting in the streets, and most people will be able to deal with it rationally.

I mean, if there even are aliens. Which remains to be seen.

I always thought likewise until I found out what was going on the Ranch. Also UFOs decades ago were looking much different than they do now. It's also possible that two people reporting the same incident will see different things. This phenomena is tied to our conciousness and it's really confusing. Is it material? Half material? Only energetic? Or maybe material but advanced enough to mess with us like that?

I know where you are coming from with Delonge, but I think it makes perfect sense.

This Disclosure is where the mass population is given previously secret knowledge that is given to the MSM. In this case Mass population does not include people who frequent this site, it would be the majority of the population who are not interested in UFO's, paranormal, crypto, etc.

If some 60 year old scientist, politician type discloses this information someone like my daughter who is 18 will not even think it's a big deal. She may not even hear about it. However, if pop star Arianna Grande were to disclose the existence of UFO crafts being back engineered she would probably be scanning the skies with me at night instead of thinking I'm a weirdo.

Same thing with Delonge. The PTB get a 90's rock star that is recognizable to the masses from ages 50-18 and is more believable to them than Steven Greer, for example, who they have never heard of.

If you would accept military personnel as a source then TTSA is not doing that badly:

Luis Elizondo: former military intelligence official and special agent in-charge
Chris Mellon: former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence
David Fravor: former commanding officer of Strike Fighter Squadron 41
Lieutenant Commander Jim Slaight, Kevin Day (radio operator) and the female pilot who remains anonymous are still in active duty I think.

To some "former" automatically seems to mean financially corrputed and mentally deranged. Not to me. And Elizondo quit recently, for the very reason that he CAN speak freely.

Why then the resistance? It seems that there is a struggle going on behind the scenes. Elizondo said this:

Well after watching that video about the tic tac ufos yesterday. I dont necessarily get it. Especially at the end of the video were they ask that if you know anything or want to get in touch with them to message them.

I mean some of them said they got pretty good footage of them playing Arial and aquatic tic tac toe, and he saw it on screen clear as day, whatever it is they were doing. But some guys came and took all the footage and data.

Well just ask the guys that took all the data and footage. By now they should have something. After all, video recreations and eye witness stories are one thing, but actual life footage that is clear to actually see it all, is another. And even then you would have people saying CGI or whatever.

But if like they said some went from almost orbit to sea lever in seconds at 24thousand miles and hour and without making a sound. Well at that speed, the human eye wont even be able to keep up, if they flew right in front of your face, especially if there is no atmospheric pressures telling you that something went by.

I mean how are you supposed to get anywhere if you don't even see the original footage and everything? Your not that's for sure. The way the army and Navy gets to the bottom of this, well its very inept. Either way pretty sure things will be zipping on by up above even long after humans are gone and dust.

Its funny though how some people think that aliens only started existing in the 40s, because the collective human mind was exposed to something other then corn and town life in that era, pretty much the biggest leaps were in that era or after. But!

Its always a mistake to believe that the first time you see something, is the first time it has ever come into existence, as if space and planets and solar systems only came into existence in the 40s.

But hey I would not worry, I have heard tell by some that the earth is flat and space is a hoax.
