Folks ranting this shouldn't happen are the same people who call experts to repair things in their house, precisely because they have zero clue how to fix a broken pipe, a short, or a crumbling foundation.

No idea how anything works in the world, but experts in dealing with 100's of thousands of un/under educated non english speaking, culturally unfamiliar folks randomly showing up on the doorstep.
