The "self-ID" thing. Is this a law in places...
...or is it just a societal thing we are expected to agree to?
In how many places (I'm thinking USA in particular but interested in other places as well) is this actually either accepted and expected?
I'm just thinkjng let's say I go into the ladies' room at the coffee shop here where I live and there is a dude in there. Are you saying that the self-ID thing makes it so I'm in trouble if I question why he's in the ladies' room? Or that authorities wouldnt be compelled to do anything about it?
Thanks for the very info-heavy thread! Much to look into. Thanks much!

About all they can do now is to develop tactics to deal with the problem, like only going to public restrooms in "groups" for protective measures.

Is there really any moving past this insanity? I certainly don't see it.
Speak Up For Women are calling for dishonest reporting of crimes to stop. It has become common place to see crimes committed by trans-identifying males (transwomen) reported as women’s crimes and this, say the group, is an insult to women who commit only a fraction of violent crimes in reality.
Today, The Otago Daily Times ran a story with the headline “Woman jailed after Timaru tattoo parlour ice axe attack”. However, the perpetrator of the violent axe attack Rose Beaumont is a trans-identifying male.
The Timaru ice-axe attacker is not the first trans-identifying male to be convicted of an axe crime in Australasia. Earlier this year Evie Amati was jailed for 4 and ½ years for attacking strangers in a convenience store in Sydney with an axe. Amati identifies as a woman also.
In fact, there seems to be some kind of significance to the choice of weapon. The Degenderettes, an international “genderqueer group”, are infamous for their posed images of transwomen with axes usually accompanied by blood and anti-women messaging.

No its not crazy talk. I hope you're right, but...........have you seen the articles coming out of the UK? I read one by a "school nurse" who reported that children who self-report as being the gender opposite that of their "parts" are immediately whisked away to their National Health Service for commencement of treatments to arrest their natural development and to begin the process of gender reassignment and all without their parents consent which isn't needed.
And if the parents resist, its child abuse.
I took part in a really brilliant event tonight at Edinburgh University, speaking about women’s sex-based rights. I was physically attacked as I left the event at the airport. This kind of intimidation has to stop. The person that attacked me was a man.
Lost my shot[sic] at Julie Bindel. She filmed me. I'm safe.
Julie Bindel, the keynote speaker at an Edinburgh University event which discussed the future of women's sex-based rights, said she was verbally abused, "lunged at" and almost "punched in the face", by a transwoman as she left the building.
"There had been a protest outside earlier, but that had gone so he was obviously waiting for me.
"He was shouting and ranting and raving, 'you're a f***** c***, you're a f****** bitch, a f****** Terf" and the rest of it. We were trying to walk to the cab to take us to the airport, and then he just lunged at me and almost punched me in the face, but a security guard pulled him away.
"I got my phone out to film him to get evidence and he went for me again. It took three security guys at the stage to deal with him.
Today Brennan, a film critic who has written for The Skinny magazine and the British Film Institute, said that if the press wanted "to hear my side of the story they can offer me the chance to write a full opinion piece in my own words. Otherwise, I will not be discussing it personally with anyone I do not know."
Brennan has previously tweeted in support of violence against women who believe that changing the Gender Recognition Act to allow people to self-identify as any gender, rather than needing a medical diagnosis, would endanger women's rights to safety, privacy and dignity by doing away with single-sex spaces. One tweet read: "Any trans allies at #PrideLondon right now need to step the f**kup and take out the terf trash. Get in their faces. Make them afraid. Debate never works so f**k them up"
Acceptance of "transsexualism" by natural women further proves to us that human women are indeed still stupid. They should be stripped of the right to vote on account of being so stupid.
Haven't heard a single protest from natural born females regarding the Trans Agenda... Haven't heard a single protest from natural born females regarding the Trans Agenda...
All I am saying is that I have not seen *enough* large-scale protests comparable, for example, to BLM protests...
