Well something was going to happen.
I think it was either this or the people sack the Capital and eat Maduro and his Govt.
It's not for me to think for you, the result was recognised by China, South Africa, Cuba, Iran, Egypt, Russia, Syria and Turkey however

I was half-expecting Maduro to wind up hung from his feet, Mussolini-style. A military coup would be far better than any realistic alternative that awaits him.

It’s the paradox of tolerance. If we extend tolerance to the intolerant, tolerance becomes destroyed.
A democratic country forcing their ways on another country is not democratic at all

Interesting you say that, because the problem a lot of people on this thread seem to have is that they see things only from a purely Western world point of view, with a shared inability to see things as they actually should be viewed, the global point of view.
The only significant words from your entire little speech of any note, could've saved yourself the effort. It's all and was only ever about the money
I actually quit playing golf around 20 years ago, probably around the same time Trump was molesting women in his resorts

Venezuela is part of the western world, so what has China or Russia got to do with sticking their oars in? What is so wrong in taking a western world point of view in a country that is in the western world?

when you think you are losing an argument, always throw in an insult so every KNOWS you are losing the argument.
Insult are intellectually lazy, and make one look stupid, you don't want to look stupid I'm sure.
