Yeah, it has to be about "big oil" doesn't it?
It couldn't be about incomprehensibly corrupt politicians stealing all that oil money for themselves, and at the expense of the people...now could it???
Nope...must be about 'big oil', right???
Some of you guys are a broken record.

Let's see... Maduro allowed his country to fall into chaos by overextending the government obligations and not diversifying the economy.
Maduro refused to vacate the office as required by Venezuela's constitution.
The Venezuelans are forced to eat pets and zoo animals to survive.
The US sends humanitarian aid trucks that are refused entry.
China and Russia intervene in Venezuela.
A coup breaks out with China's assistance.
And the US is the bad guy here? Hello? Earth to Zcustosmorum... come in Zcustosmorum... we've lost radio contact... please come in Zcustosmorum...

Sanctions aside, this has been a long time coming. Maduro has mismanaged the country into turmoil, there isn't much debate over that.
I (as an American) don't want any involvement in this country, I'm hoping as I said that it's nonexistent or minimal... But lets just say there is more than that... The western world is complicit. You can blame America for plenty of things, and with good reason. But I don't see anyone bringing it up to the EU. The closest thing the UK will do to standing up to us is not going side by side with us to our next endeavor, but I don't see that happening much.

My prediction is this doesn't last the rest of the day and Guaidó will leave the country.
Also quite hilarious to see Guaidó, complete with his US supplied suit, calling for an uprising.
Funny how the criticism of other countries by the US only starts when they want something, and as is known from history, when the US wants something from another country, they'll just take it anyway

You find this funny?
What if the people want an uprising and are put down with Chinese help? No doubt you will find that "hilarious", too.
Please take off your anti US blinkers.
