So you can haul your ass to the border thinking you're "doing" something, but you can't haul your ass to DC to do the same, or run for office and make a real impact. Obviously you think it's the proverbial hole needing patched down there, but you know where the real sieve is. And you're going in the wrong direction as a cop-out because it sounds tougher.
