They said the investigation does not exonerate the president. Like I said not a crime doesn't mean not impeachable.

I think it's safe to suspect that, due to the political nature of the whole affair, the summaries of the angry democrats on the Mueller team will contain conclusions that do not favor Trump. These are political hacks pretending to be unbiased investigators.
