One thing Americans find hard to talk about

Educated people do not get any respect in the US. Everyone here is an expert in their own mind.

People knows this instinctively and that is why just about EVERYONE has had enough of them. It will show in the loss of their support financially. In the finish they will destroy themselves. How long will a billionaire keep pouring millions in to something that eats it up just as fast and can't stand on its own two feet because it utterly alienated the vast majority of its customers except for an extreme clique? Think about that, BBC and Guardian! The whole reason they are wealthy is because they back only the kinds businesses that give a return on investments.

To be exact, the BBC has a state-guaranteed income in the form of the licence fee, which cushions it against commercial pressure.
The BBC has always been the organ of the middle-class establishment. The difference now is that the middle-class establishment has gone politically correct.

So, who are the BBC and the Guardian "not allowed to criticise"?
You are starting to try and twist my thread into your suspicion that I am like them and trying to shut down my opponent

It’s funny how people that live on islands like to criticize our handling of the open Southern Border we have with Mexico. Britain and Australia have much greater control of their immigration than we do here in the States not to mention you don’t have a major party actively trying to undermine your country by encouraging illegal immigration.
We have a number of difficult issues here in our country that don’t apply to other places in the world. We are the great melting pot experiment and it creates a lot of friction and tension that comes with that kind of unique situation.
I'm rather fed up looking at BBC, I'm not sure why I bother doing it.
