Sadly I believe at best all he will face is a local charge of filing a false police report and get no jail time.

The cold hard reality of todays world is any sexual or racial (hate) crime ACCUSATION the accused is not to be questioned and presumed to be correct. With conviction in the court of PUBLIC opinion and facts (much less COURT OF LAW) be damned.

If the ACCUSED provides PROOF of innocence (complete violation of "guilty until PROVEN INNOCENT IN COURT OF LAW") and/or the facts fall apart (in this case BOTH) the press has no responsibility to correct it , the false accuser faces no penalty (or slap on the wrist at best) and most important .... the person accused and/or group (in this case trump supporters) REPUTATION AND/OR LIFE IS RUINED WITHOUT RECOURSE.

Lets look at three examples of past race and sexual assault examples .

The duke lacrosse players. They were accused of RAPE of a stripper (imo frat boys of questionable legal age hiring a stripper and having a drinking party is STUPID AS HELL) . They were dragged though the mud, lost scholarships and I believe kicked out of school.... When FACTS were discovered... they were INNOCENT OF ALL CHARGES.
Woman gets off scott free and the men lives STILL DESTROYED.

Judge Kavanaugh accused of sexual assault IN HIGH SCHOOL. Named dragged though the mud with NO PROOF or even charges filed by accuser (the local police openly TOLD HER THEY WERE AVAILABLE IF SHE WANTED TO).
He to this day is still called a rapist and she got off scott free.

Ferguson police officers accused of killing an unarmed black man that was "hands up and surrendering".
the investigations (two) locally found them innocent, the justice dept (under obama looking to charge him) found him innocent, the pathologist expert HIRED BY THE FAMILY PROVED it didnt happen and after all that were EVEN FOUND INNOCENT IN A COURT OF LAW.
the step father said "burnt this bit%h down" and the mother called for action at this injustice.
Days of riots and business burned.
No one held responsible criminally .
The two PROVEN INNOCENT officers lives DESTROYED and can NEVER WORK AS LEO AGAIN.

there are many many examples going back decades but you get the point.

Until we do three things NOTHING WILL CHANGE.

1. No matter what the crime (even sexual or racial) the accuser (while treated with respect) should NOT BE PRESUMED TO BE TELLING THE TRUTH WITHOUT FACTS.

2. All people no matter what the crime are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.....IN A COURT OF LAW
Not public opinion, not "experts" , not "community leaders".

3. If someone DELIBERATELY LIES in accusations... ESPECIALLY IN RACIAL AND SEXUAL CRIMES ....they should be HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND PUNISHED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Just as if the accused were IF they were proven guilty in a court of law.


I dont give two flips that this guy is famous, black and gay.

If he was proven in a court of law to have staged this, lied and tried to incite racial incident against ANYONE (be it trump , supporters, whites, or the subway shop) he should have to be punished as much as the LAW WOULD if it were true.

Jizzie Smallbits should indeed go to prison for perpetrating a fake hate crime, but unfortunately since he is of a "protected class" and has friends in high places (or should I say high friends in places) they will undoubtedly make sure that he gets at most a slap on the wrist.


Hopefully more Federal charges will be coming if in fact he was the one who sent himself the letters with the aspirin powder.

sadly dont hold your breath on federal charges.
how many people (especially democratic politicians) that (to but it bluntly) are guilty beyond any reason to the contrary.
with KNOWN PROOF that if it were not even 10 percent of it you or I would be in the grey bar hotel before our next breath.

Hell one blunt example of hypocrisy on the feds is when some old lady said to then president clinton "you lied those boys died" the Secret service were giving her a proctal exam within less than 12 hours.
But when madonna made a DIRECT THREAT to blow up the white house how long did it take before the feds talked to her?
did anything come of that?...NOPE.

sadly this will be a local wrist slap, no fed charges and he will not be vilified (with facts) like a "cough cough" minor catholic student who was PROVEN INNOCENT.

The feds investigate at there own pace and separately from the CPD. So just because he didn't get charged yesterday for a federal charge it in no way whatsoever means that he will not be at some point.

I defended him before as i do not like trial by media (which is usually wrong anyway). However, now the facts are out it is a case of wasting Police time, false allegations and has potentially damaged race relations. Just on that last point, how is the news he is being charged been treated in the US by the likes of Al Sharpton? (we don't get that aspect of reporting over here in Blighty). Is anyone still trying to defend him or is he being roundly condemned by all and sundry?
