YouTube is indeed a right and not a business platform.

You are totally wrong about this.
You have NO RIGHTS on ANY website because you do not own the domain or pay it's bills.

It's also clear you do not have any children.
You would not want your kids to invest time on stupid conspiracies that pollute their minds with pseudoscience and blatant lies.

It goes way beyond 911.
Remember the guy who shot up the pizza parlor because he thought the Clinton's ran a pedophile ring from it?
Or Nibiru is going to hit the Earth next month and destroy us all. (A monthly continuation of 2012)
How about all the flat Earth channels they had?
You wouldn't want your 16 year old watching ISIS channels

Most of these channels were making money from views.
The more outrageous lies the more views the more money.
It's called fear porn.
I'm glad they are taking them down.

You evidently have zero understanding of human intelligence and if you allow your kids to roam YouTube unattended then you are a terrible parent.

That's if you even have kids.

So I just googled this pic under images of a recent elec. billboard that was up in Time Square. You would think there would be a ton of images come up, nope. I found one pic a ways down and hardly anything about it on the news search. They certainly seem to be censoring anything that makes the left look bad.

YT, gets on my tits now with all the Ads.
BitChute's getting more popular move your stuff there.

Hopefully YT will go down like Myspace.

I don't share this hope. Google has it's problems but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for the fact that I have been able to explore to my heart's content on Youtube for years for free. You couldn't even get the most basic cable package for free when I was growing up. I had one channel on TV. One. And it was fuzzy.

Are you suggesting that the censors should be censored?

Hey, look! Yet another person who doesnt actually understand Free Speech!
Maybe educate yourself on what Free Speech actually pertains to, because it sure as hell doesnt pertain to a private company deciding not to allow certain content on their platform. That is their right, and in no way whatsoever is that even remotely close to a Free Speech issue.
(Also, they are not getting rid of any and all conspiracy related content; they are banning people like Alex Jones who willfully and knowingly traffic in dangerous disinformation. And that disinformation is dangerous because it has real implications, such as delusional and impressionable people taking his blatant lies as fact and following through on his calls to violence.)

Has nothing to do with conspiracy theories, has ALL to do with questioning the authority/official story. Look at the Smollet case. The story was full of holes and as soon as people started questioning "the story" the media start calling the questioning conspiracy or racist or anything else you can think of.

Welcome to 1984!

Except that didnt happen. Pretty much every single article i saw from day one made sure to call it an "alleged" attack and made sure to note that it was being investigated and that there were questions about the veracity of his story.

I should be shocked by how many people here are conpletely and utterly clueless about Free Speech and censorship... except that ive slowly grown to accept just how far this site has fallen in the past 2 years.
Again: this has less than nothing to fo with Free Speech, and less than nothing to do with Censorship. Youtube is a private company, and as such have full autonomy to choose what they will and will not allow on their platform. They are under zero obligation to allow anything on youtube. If they dont want to allow conspiracy theories ilon their privately owned platform, then they are well within their rights not to do so. That isnt censorship, you raging morons. If you open a record store, YOU get to choose which records to carry. If you own a video store, YOU get to choose which movies to carry. And if you own a video streaming platform, YOU get to choose what videos ro allow on it. That's the way it works. You know, since we live in a free country and all?
And they arent even freaking removing them from the platform, which would be well within theur rights. Just from the recommendations.
Learn what the hell you are talking about, you ignorant and uninformed clowns.
