In many ways, it seems like a twin engine F-35, albeit with canard configuration instead of traditional configuration.

I remember F-15E initially used F-15C''s lower powered engines before switching to higher powered engines. J-20 should be able to be retrofitted with WS-15 at later on when the engines are ready.

12 J-20s sighted at Quzhou airbase.

Does ccp usually keep all their best planes lined up like that, out in the open?

They aren't that dumb.

These units were intentionally placed there to be seen by the U.S., who already knows EXACTLY what is happening with j20 at both primary factories.

These are likely some of their many unusable shells due to MAJOR manufacturing defects.

Look closely, you can see where the dust under each plane was disturbed by a tow vehicle, tracks where the tow vehicles turned around, and zero evidence that ANY jet engine had been near that dust for at least a month.

Also no sign of pre flight service & fuel vehicles having been anywhere near these shells.

'Secretly' storing these shells is becoming a problem so ccp plans to use them for 'target practice' at a future propaganda event. Or so says a little birdie.

Thanks for the belly laugh!

This is a (nowhere near ready to fly) model made from plywood, tin & plexi glass in some kind of ccp photo stunt.

Look carefully, you'll see it.

Two seater has been painted. Still can't tell if it has side bays or not.

China already had the Su-27/ “J11,″ however in December 2016, China took delivery of twenty four Su35 Flanker-E, costing $83m each, with Saturn AL-41F1S (117S) afterburning turbofan engines.

China signed a deal with Russia in November 2015 to buy the Flanker E (Su35S) with TVC technology, so the supply of TVC technology predates China’s TVC demonstrator.(demonstrated in 2018)

J20 with TVC

The J-11 was just a Russian Su-27SK provided as a kit and assembled in China (China also got a batch of Russian-built Su-27SKs). The J-11B is a Chinese-made version with indigenous WS-10 engines engines,
Later these aircraft were retrofitted with Russian AL-31F engines due to quality problems with the WS-10 . Now that the quality problems are resolved, J-11 aircraft have returned to use the WS-10 engines. Next to come will be the WS-15 engine with 36,000lb thrust.

China now has the two seat J20B all weather fighter.

You will find all of that info in the thread already, including the 2 seater.

There is one exception though!

The TVC isn't in the line units if it has flown at all. It's a constant source of wishing for the J-20 fans, but not actually seen verifiably by spotters. What has been seen are the turkey feathers being differentially spread and that's just fairly normal for non TVC engines.

I don't know if this is the right place to post it but I'm not aware of a thread about the H-20 bomber.
If the design of the model is accurate, it is a weirdd elevator configuration
