If the SCOTUS deadlocks on a vote, then the case bounces down the last ruling of the lower court. This happened to a case or two during the vacancy that Gorsuch eventually filled.

Even so, if they wait too long and RBG is out, what purpose does a deadlocked ruling serve? If they continue, are we marching into Consitutional Crisis territory? You know what that confirmation battle will look like to get that decision.

I hear you. I think the key here is that if Sapphire's Obama BC shows up the Obama appointees are out - they know this already. More, the Obama appointees will recuse from anything related to him at all, anything - if they are allowed to sit past that fake BC problem.

RBG at this point is more symbol - Guardian, then obstacle.

You still have hope that someone will dig up an Obama birth cert that will show him as a fraud? I gave up on that long ago. I think it far more likely he'd be embroiled in a conspiracy to unmake the country first.

The vote didn't pass only got 51 votes so we didn't see any improvement from the democrats. So Trump is now giving us a three week break to take the pressure off and try again for a bipartisan vote.

Glad to see the innocent Federal employees being given a break for something that was not their fault!

This will also give the ones that need time to arrange financing to get that done with.

From his speech today...(which was approximately the same amount of content as The SOTU, but with far less reaction breaks)...I would say he is giving cover to Democrats to break with Pelosi...and become just Americans, politically speaking.

To actually unite the country, he needs buy-in from the other side of the aisle. And he has always been behaviorally and rhetorically more aligned with the Dem Party. Pulling the train over, to take on surprise passengers, is a master-move, IMO. He already drove out much of the GOP corruption faction. Now he needs to recruit from the non-corrupt Democrat side. Gotta fix both sides of the fake aisle. Pelosi is part of the Perma-Party, just like McCain was.

DJT has proven: NK, Russia, Trade, Requests for restructuring government, debt, jobs, military rebuild, ICE/Boarder support, Supreme Court, Syria, etc. to be the driver. Each piece falls not in a linear fashion as we the passengers see it, but in another form.

What if government needs to be open because of something we cannot yet see in linear? He's made it clear to those who listen the end game is not just government - we all hate it to one degree or another, but the WITCH hunt and Humans As Currency.

Actually I do not think the fake BC will be revealed. Those who care know. The reveal would be too traumatic for the collective (every single contract would be void -every single one). But the implication was that HRC etc. knew and used it, so those in the know know - it can be used both ways just like FISA.

While it would be a "see I knew it" moment to reveal the Fraud that is/was Zero, it won't help us move on. I expect it won't be revealed. Q drops about him/them is revealing that those at the top know all about it - ALL.
