Information about the Jussie Smolett set up fake MAGA race baiting attack. Its looking like it was a set up from the beginning. Two of Jussies friends, one being a fellow Empire actor, are current persons of interest.

These people are stupid. From the Article:

A source familiar with the records provided by the Empire star states that Smollett downloaded his phone activity into a spreadsheet and then deleted certain phone calls before handing over the records. “He did the [detectives’] job for them because then they only had to focus on the numbers he deleted.”

Those numbers deleted appear to be actor friends of Smolett who did the so called "attack".

That appears to be a reach. I fail to see how a redacted phone list proves anything simply based on who the guy talked too. It will take much more than what has been reported to prove anything. Maybe they can flip a friend or something but unless they have said people that he made calls too in the area at the time of the crime i would not buy too much into it yet.

If he had anything to hide, it would likely be in the redacted portion. That lets the investigators know where to look for other evidence. Smolett is not too swift. Purportedly, there was some security cam vid that showed these clowns buying clothesline at a local store. I think he wanted some attention and did a Twana-like hoax. Maybe the prosecutor will let him plead out with a fine; Chiraq needs cash and Smolett has some.

According to the story, they have records of taxi and shared rides that these guys traveled from their town to the scene of the attack and thought to be people that are on the security cameras doing the ‘attack’..... oh, and they know where they bought the clothesline that was used.

Even more coming out now. Jussies 2 buddies have been arrested, and word is that the 3 of them set this up due to the fact that Smoletts character is being written off of Empire.
