There are a couple of reasons for why President Trump is stringing democrats along. But most (90%?) Americans and MSM don't realize that the $5.7 billion is just to continue construction that Trump/DHS started in 2017.

The lady in the UN vid is real but it makes no difference. Why would the US military need to be informed by some foreign lady that a UFO buzzed the pentagon?

Who said anything about the US Military being informed by her about any of this? In the video she talks about NASA studying this thing, so they obviously already know about it. The only people this lady are informing are whoever is sitting in the audience at the UN this day.

EDIT: I just sent this lady a message on Twitter asking her if the footage is legit. I'll update if I hear anything back from her.

OK, well like I said in my original post, there is a video I saw from yesterday of a Congressman speaking to the Deputy Secretary of Defense and they're talking about this. The Rep asks the SecDef about the law and they both agree that Trump has the right to invoke this particular law to build the border barrier. SecDef says they will follow Trumps order to build the barrier if he gives it. I'll take their informed word over yours.

Her boss has been named as a possible co-conspirator. Shes not informing the world. Shes giving a speech to a closed group of people at the UN. Perhaps she is giving a briefing to the UN due to the fact that a UFO looking exactly the same as the Pentagon UFO was seen over Russia a few years ago? IDK. Do you watch any of the videos we talk about before you comment on them? It is leaked footage from somebody's cell phone. At the beginning they say that if anyone uses audio or video from the speech they will be prosecuted.
