BS. You want to defend a president who has all the characteristics of a wannabe dictator??? Really, what country do you live in? This president is attacking our democracy and it's alarming that some Americans and our own representatives ignore it!!! The scandals this president has been involved in is unprecedented! Any one with any sense of logical thinking would realize this president is unhinged just by taking notice of his narcissistic character and all of his personally appointed firings!! Even professional psychologists are sounding the alarm about this presidents instability. Keep supporting this idiot and you and America may wish they never did. It only takes a thin skinned narcissistic person to be offended to the extent where their immediate and satisfying response is to launch a nuclear missile.
1. As for the impeachment of the president - I never thought I would see the day a president could get away with blatant lies and dictatorial tendencies! Sure all politicians will twist the truth in favor of their party's agenda, but this president's lies are clearly black and white! Deny it?? There's numerous videos that prove it!!
2. Our constitution has become outdated. The electoral college should be abolished. The majority rules in most all major decision making processes throughout the world, unless your decisions are controlled by a dictator! There's absolutely no reason why certain states should have more leverage in electing a leader than others. I would think if you or anyone else were sitting on a committee deciding who to hire and the majority voted for 1 particular candidate, yet the decision was made to hire the candidate with the fewest votes, you and many others who voted with the majority would feel not only offended but feel their input didn't matter. Simply said, Ignoring the majority has no place in a democracy.
3, Absolutely!!! No president is above the law! The same goes for our elected officials! President Ford pardoned Nixon to prevent him from being prosecuted for his crime while in office. Ask yourself, who would pardon you or I if we were involved in a crime?? NOBODY! So why would you think it's OK for Presidents to have the power to pardon and protect their friends, or use it to keep them from exposing their crimes? I'm sure the founding fathers never expected pardons were going to be used to help protect a president or government officials of crimes.
The authors of our constitution was written by men who had no crystal ball to see into the future. They had no idea how technology would invade our privacy. They had no idea how the right to bear arms would be abused by some civilians who were mentally unstable. The constitution is not written in stone and like any plan or set of rules, needs to be updated/amended to preserve its basic ideas and intentions in ever-changing times.

I just saw on day one of the opening three proposals put forth -1. impeachment of the president, 2. Getting rid of the electoral college 3. getting rid of presidential pardons.
What say you ATS do you yea or nay on these three proposals?
Where have you seen this behavior? "Wannabe Dictator"? really, are we talking about the same person that has been handing over his Presidential Paychecks back to the people, providing more freedoms back to us the people that have been taken away by the prior administrations? Can you give us some examples of the dictator you talk about?
So the last guy, and the one before him, and before him, and so on and so forth you must have slept through.
guess those guy's that just got pardons from this President should just walk their butts back to jail then. I'm pretty sure none of them were friends of Trump, but if you are talking about the last guy in office, then sure your point might be valid.

Why let a little thing like the Constitution stand in the way?
If Trump had run on the popular vote, he could've won that way too.
Why don't you just move to Cuba or Venezuela? It would relieve all the headaches our Great Country and Constitution are burdening you with...

You do realize, don't you, that he lost the popular vote? Won the electoral vote but lost the popular vote.
