wich new generation? and they all smoking pot? are you sure? personally i think smoking weed from time to time is better then drinking alcohol. its relaxing and you dont want to fight anyone.
What needs to happen in the house is for the size to grow. at only 435 they are representing more people than they should be.

What are the odds these will pass and become law?? i think just taking the traditional constitution and trashing it is unwise and will eventually lead to other , more fundamental changes to national laws to the point that America as is stands will be unrecognizable as a representative republic
