I saw this earlier today... this is the new normal. Yelling at people, demanding to talk to "corporate", just wait till lawsuits w/ big chunks of change are awarded to jackasses like this, all because an employee mistakenly used the wrong pronoun.

It's all downhill from here. Gotta love PC culture!

He or she or whatever did not have a chance to "ask". Cashier was ending the transaction with a "thank you sir". He will probably end them with a simple "thank you" after this. Oh and the customer was a complete tool.

He looks like a guy. he has a guy's voice and personality. Gee, that sure is a poor transgender job. He should take out his aggression on the ones who said they are changing him, they failed. Also, maybe he should lay off the salads a bit, a steak would calm him more.

The way things are nowadays, this could be a scripted event meant to turn people against transgenders. I do not trust anything like this to be real these days, only believe a quarter of what you see.

The employee & the other customer didn't "mistakenly use the wrong pronoun". The "MAN" that was yelling, is just confused and insane!

And then the employee and the customer are made to feel like they said something wrong and that they are the insane ones

Whatever its proclaimed gender, as a human she/he was rude aggressive and unpleasant and I felt for the poor shop assistant. Mountain and molehill come to mind
