We need to now find out, at what stages in pregnancy are the earliest known times a fetus has masturbated. If it is in late term then your point is moot because late term abortions are already illegal!

Since most corporations are small they can file federal tax papers as an S- Corp.

This means that any taxes owed by the corporation are passed on to the shareholders of the corporation. While on paper it may be true that most corporations don't pay taxes on paper. They are responsible for creating alot of taxable income which is in turn paid by individuals.



S corporations are domestic corporations that can avoid double taxation by electing to be taxed under Subchapter S of the IRC. The corporation can have no more than 75 shareholders and only certain individuals and entities are allowed to be shareholders. Generally, an S corporation is exempt from federal income tax other than tax on certain capital gains and passive income.

There is a HUGE difference there. While I think killing yourself is wrong I wont get into that now. Anyway the old guy wants to die. Im pretty sure if you could give the baby a choice he/she would definately choose to live. The baby doesnt get a choice the old guy does.

No I meant to but had to attend to something before I was able to answer that one, or would have left it off entirely. I presumed I was through when I got back and posted.
