My time starts when I wake up at 5:30 am. I take a shower and get ready for work while my wife, who has already had her shower and got ready, gets our
2 year old dressed and ready for daycare. We drop him off and get to work at 7:00 am. We work together so obviously go to the same place and ride
together. After we leave at 5:00 pm, we pick our son up and go home. Occasionally we'll stop at her parent's or mine to visit and let our son visit
his grandparents. When we get home, she starts supper, I feed the baby and put a load of laundry on and then we watch Wheel of Fortune while we eat.
Then if one of the shows we like are on, we watch it and she goes to bed at 8:00 pm. My son hangs out with me for about 20 or 30 minutes and then
gives me a kiss, grabs his blanket and gets in the bed with her. At 9:00 pm, I go get him and put him in his bed. Then I catch up on the shows I like
that my wife doesn't. Then I go to bed around 12:00 am or 1:00 am. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Next thing I know, It's Friday, then I blink and it's Monday, and after what seems like a few months, it's already New Years again. When I was a kid,
I had nothing to worry about. No bills, no shows outside of cartoons, and Christmas seemed to take a decade to make it here. I'd toss and turn for 3
nights before it got here. Things were great. Then I grew up and now time flies. That's where my time goes.
