So one house is burned out while the two houses are completely standing just fine as if nothing happened. Yeah these fires weren't normal. And lol no fires cant cause cars to burn out as seen in the video.

First the car could have been moved or burning debris started the fire. Now the houses if your in a fire risk area you design the house to resist ignition just like in an earthquake zone designs are done to resist quakes.
