Are 'Persistent Contrails' / 'Chemtrails' Gone?

I just came here to see if any new reports. We had a couple summers with no trails/ nice sky and this year, even with so little commercial airline movement due to the virus, it has kicked off again. Days sometimes start off nice blue and are hazed over by afternoon. 2008 was really bad here to the point that afternoons actually got chilly yet the air was bone dry. If it is geo engineering as in the old fashioned cloud seeding that's fine because we have drought here most summers and forest fires are a problem, but there is clearly some program afoot and no one is being told anything. I don't assume to know what it is or if it is nefarious or beneficial but the patterned changed again this year.

Cloud seeding doesn't work during a drought, even if it does work.
Cloud seeding is done within existing cumulus clouds, it does not create clouds.

Chemtraails from jets are water..if you have chem app you could understand yourself
