We see it already in a section of Tokyo where the Muslims close down the street and pray openly in the street. So I guess it isn't terrible to me since I'm kilometers away from Tokyo, but the poor police are getting a bit perturb about it recently.

I think the issue is trying to use judicial activism to force policy changes.

As well as someone to coach them through the legal process as well as fund it, I find that very difficult to believe.

Are you insinuating people would help migrants circumvent are laws? Please tell me it isn't so. On a more serious note if i was trump i think i would ban anyone from Honduras until the court case is done. After all can't process them until judge decides on the case.

Since congress won't act the only way to stop the flow of people from Honduras would be using his ability to ban countries. There is currently 3 caravans heading north from Honduras and wait a couple weeks there will be more.

You think so? I doubt it id like to think your right but as we have seen presidents can do a lot even when the other party holds the house.

Democrats are in a catch 22. If they do nothing on immagration Trump wins 2020. If they decide to create new legislation they anger part of their base. Bottom line is 70 percent of Americans want immigration laws changed. And this will be a major issue in 2020.

Democrats can't "do" anything because Trump can veto anything that comes to his desk. Sound familiar?

What they can do is leash him and perform their role of oversight which the previous House did not do.
